This is the place my family shops most frequently for groceries, but unless you have a family of at least four that rarely eats out at restaurants, I wouldn't recommend getting them here as everyone knows the quantities are just too much. They always seem well stocked with everything I need. Plenty of fresh food and of course those coveted rotisserie chickens. Lots of home cleaning supplies, pet food, health and hygiene, an efficient pharmacy, books, basic clothes, and more snack food than anyone could possibly need. Of course there's also a hot food "restaurant" with pizza and the like (similar to a baseball field concession stand) on the other side of checkout. Actually I disagree with other reviewers on staffing. I've seen them better staffed than most places in town. If you're at checkout, prepare to wait. It's just the nature of the beast at bulk warehouse stores like this. Costco is no different.

You scan your own items and don't get paid for it. They don't have bags for you. They don't have change to give. They don't have enough people and even their employees tell me that. A multi-billion dollar company and they don't have money to pay for extra employees. Shameful!

12:15pm 4.15.23, at the Lubbock TX branch, it seems there are less self checkouts working than ever. It was the anniversary of something, very loud music, and the estimated wait time to check out at about 30 minutes. I did not check out my cart, I pulled it to the side and just left. ridiculous !!!

People won’t follow the arrows at the fuel pumps . They are rude and act like there is nothing wrong with not following instructions . I won’t be buying fuel there again .

This review is about Sam's Club Lubbock Texas . To start off , Getting fuel at the Sam's Club Fuel pumps is a bit of a chore . It is always busy , But for some reason Sam's Club is Allowing 18 Wheelers to fuel at the pumps , This is what was going on when I went to put gas in my pickup . So anyone who has a CDL understands that these big Trucks have two 150 gallon tanks and the Sam's Fuel island only has one hose per pump . And is not built for 18 wheelers , the pump output is less at a Sam's and hoses are smaller for cars and pickups witch puts customers in a bind waiting on these Trks. To fuel takes over 30 min. Per. Tank at best Why is Sam's allowing this ? EPIC FAIL ! Sam's Club !

I bought 4 tires here. They all had warranty but when I took them in to get repaired sams club did not honor the warranty. Do not come here for service

This rating is for Ryan in the tire center! After several issues to get an audibly leaking tire fixed, Ryan was very helpful and kind. Ryan took the extra time to answer all of my questions and look up information on my tire history. As I was leaving Sam's, I noticed that the other tires that weren't worked on this morning were at 31 and 30 psi. I got out of the car to air them a little with my portable inflator. When Ryan saw me doing this, he came out with their air inflator and aired up The remaining three tires. Ryan was not obligated to do that! Ryan went above and beyond this morning to help me. It made my day! It made up for the difficulties I experienced the day before at Sam's Club and with their call center. Thanks Ryan!

They need to make customers follow the rules for traffic flow at the gas pumps. One way to do it is increase the price a $1 a gallon when they go the wrong way. Problem solved.

Rude! Associate (badge said "Jerry") ignored my request for assistance. Only reason I gave a two stars was the store was stocked, normally congested pathways were clear (especially given fir show busy the store was), there was help in other areas and exit lines were faster than I've seen in a while.

Tried to pick up my prescription here after a double surgery and I took about an hour... I was the first in line and it quickly became a 10-15 person line as the lady struggled to communicate effectively with me and figure out how to use my insurance. Ended up having to pay it out of pocket because she couldn't figure out how to input my insurance and I was getting embarrassed for both of us with all the dirty looks from grandma trying to pick up her weekly blood pressure. Gas is actually cheaper at Bolton's gas stations and people can't listen to the enter and exit only signs at the pumps. Multiple altercations with dingbats and a terrible pharmacy. I'll take my business elsewhere as should you if your PAYING to even enter the store.

Sams gas pumps need rules enforced. It clearly says ENTRANCE ONLY. People just don't follow the rules. Go the correct way and it wouldn't be such a mess for the people waiting in line while the stupid people come in the wrong way. The workers need to stand out there and stop those stupid people from coming in the wrong way. Such a mess

Negative stars ..... I shop there all the time but guess what after this I will be a FULL Time COSTCO Shopper.I paid for water they sent me around to the back to load and then said come back after 3 went back after 3 guess what yep they sold my water ......Strike 3 guess that this is my bad for trying 1 more time!!!!

The pizza place inside sams club. First off the guy named Christian was RUDE & CARELESS about the long line and showed ZERO effort to take care of customers. Once the little old lady came to take care of line as the 2 employees in back were joking with each other and not helping as well she took my order and I calmly asked if they were short handed today she chuckles and says "No we got everybody". Couldn't believe how anybody in management position would allow their employees to represent such a HUGE corporation like that. My sale took 30 seconds to be processed because I only wanted a soda but the fact they were making us wait like that without showing any concern was just unacceptable, a line full of women & infants getting upset. If I could give -5 stars I would. First and last time going there. Other then that Sam's coin service was awesome!!!

This is how not busy Sam's was the day I waited 8 hours to get unloaded. Their is no one else in front of me. They still have the same problem in charge of Receiving here at this location off Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock Tx. Don't come here. Every other Sam's in the world is swift at Receiving and keeping the docks clear for the next truck, except for here. This place has been ran like this for years now. If the women would work instead of stopping and talking about their kids for an hour the dock might get cleaned.
