“I had to do a last minute (second?) rental from U-Haul after trying to get a truck on a budget (I see what I did) only to have the first one break down 10 minutes after leaving the parking lot. I booked with this U-Haul literally 5 minutes before arriving and it took less than 10 minutes to have the key and out the door. Very courteous and efficient staff.The truck ran great from Lubbock to Dallas, highly recommend this location.”

“The experience I had when the line to pick up reservation was handled incredibly well! I was upset when arriving and the line was real long after being asked to pickup early. So I called the female that asked me to pick it up early to complain of the wait time since I had dinner reservations and didn’t plan for 45-1hr pickup time. She immediately apologized but explained the original pickup in the morning would have taken longer. She handled my reservation over the phone and I was out of there in 15 mn. I didn’t know she was at home terribly sick and still helped me. She went the extra Mile to help me out!! I will use that location every time I need a rental !!!”
