As a retail worker I don’t understand why they can’t have someone else at the register during rush hours. They only have a new girl, poor girl was trying her best but the line was way tooo long cause no one else was helping her. Waited 20 min when there was only 3 people in front of me

Love love love my Ross stores but here lately when I have gone about an hour after they open the aisles are trashed with clothes all over the floor. Both the ones on slide and this one are horrible I understand no one wants to work now days but at least pick up everything and put them in baskets before you close up.
