I like to come here because of the prices but today, January 27, I felt strange because of the customer service at the checkout, it was just an open checkout and because I waited a little closer to the checkout, the lady got angry and started treating me indifferently. She thought I had gotten in line when I didn't, she didn't pay attention.

Wow! I have been shopping at Ross for several years & in several locations but I have yet to have come across such a MESSY store! I was in such shock how disorganized everything is & several items being all over the floor. Honestly disappointing & took the shopping urge right out of me & I had to leave shortly after arriving. I'm assuming they are very short staffed, so they are unable to clean up the store, but this is really where corporate should step in & send the required help to get this place descent! I would hate to work at this store & come into this mess.

I have never returned something so fast and easy like I did last week.i was in and out in 2 mins plus my refund was BK on my card within 8 hours not days ..Nice cashiers kinda messy store but Hey it's a ROSS!!?
