Got here pickin up 16 damn pallets 1230pm fcfs ok 630 pm not even a door given, loader says ur product is in another building so they load trucks who came after mePerfect way to do business ?Who cares about ELD and if I make delivery on time, nobodyDon’t fall for those LTL drivers reviews they have priority

I've been there about half a dozen times in the last two years. I usually get unloaded in about 45 minutes. This last one was a little longer because I couldn't find anyone to unload me after I got to the dock. After about 25 minutes the guy shows up and unloads me in a workman like fashion. One driver in a review said he got hit up for money. That never happened to me. So I don't know what to say. Other than the short delay, I was unloaded fairly fast

BEWARE TRUCKERS - was told 20K lbs, the shipper does weight in Kilograms which is roughly 2.2 lbs. Just another way to scam Owner Ops into taking loads they otherwise may not consider.

So arrived at 8:15am left at 2pm so yes long time here. Thats not even the bad part the unloader here hustle the drivers, the unloader that finally came to my truck at 1pm when finished he said I should have gave him $20.00 dollars like the other drivers, so I said thats why I'm still sitting here, he said yeah. That explains why the drivers who just arrived were getting unloaded they drop there paperwork in the office then go to 4 or 5 walk up to the unloader then after that driver pulls out they pull in. Its crazy cause at one point from 11:30 till 1pm the unloading stop completely no drivers at any docks so either they all went on lunch at the same time or they was waiting for someone to approach them with money. The office lady is part of the ring she doesn't ask for a number for her to call when its your turn she will tell you they will come get you when its your turn. I kept going to the office asking what number they were on. Otherwise, I probably would have been there longer. Lol, it's funny now, but it wasn't funny when waiting 6 hrs. Because of $20.00. Wow, your $20.00 cost me my load and made me look bad after having to cancel my next pickup. Thanks a lot, Robertson.

Very good experience. After reading previous reviews they are definitely spot on. This place is first come first serve. Check in starts about 7:45am lots of truck come and park on the street. I was checked in by 7:50 and directed to the build for unloading. They keep your paperwork and send you to building 4 with a sheet to give to the unloader. Now backing into the dock can get a little tricky it’s off the street and kinda tight. You do need to slide your tandem’s to the rear for unloading. The process took a little over an hour. Great personnel and very friendly staff also clean restrooms inside the main office. We need more facilities like this and on top of their jobs being professional.

Very busy facility but nice friendly and efficient employees. First come first served starting at 8:00 but you can sign in beginning at 07:45. Overnight parking available on the street out front
