One of the worst wash & dry. Machine don’t work. On hot or warm water we spent $32 and non of the machines worked they where just keep on spinning without water. The lady there re-started the machines but they were just spinning without water. Don’t go there they are just scammers.

I went here about a month and a half ago,I was new in town and payed for them to do the washing, it was only about 13 dollars witch didn't make any sense to me because it should have cost more like 20 dollars or more,after I got my laundry back the next day I was missing some of it,THEY STOLE IT,ab I UT a quarter of my laundry was gone,I didn't say anything and thought not to go back there but I thought maybe someone made a mistake and put some of the laundry in another bag or something,NO THEY STOLE IT,I went back and gave my laundry to the older guy that sometimes wears a red shirt with TEXAS written on it and I told him I was missing so laundry from the first time I went there then I went back today to pick up the laundry and she told me what I told him and said the manager said not to come back again, I told her screw u,THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING CLOTHES FROM SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS, IF U READ SOME OF THE OTHER COMMENTS U WILL SEE A PADDERN,SHE SAID NO CLOTHES ARE EVER MISSING,

It's a Older wash n dry place that NEEDS some Serious RENOVATION of WASHERS & DRYERS.....
Its on a POOR SIDE OF TOWN SO OWNERS DO NOT BOTHER TO UPGRADE OR REALLY FIX ALL MACHINES ALONG WITH DRYERS WHICH A MAJORITY OF TIME DO NOT HEAT UP PROPERLY EITHER...
THEY ARE FREE TO USE BUT, EVEN SO OWNERS SHOULD BE CONSIDERATE TO HAVE PROPER EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS TO USE.
ALWAYS LOTS OF PEOPLE THERE USING THAT LAUNDRY MAT....
MAJORITY HISPANICS, BLACKS & TT STUDENTS ALSO GO THERE.
OWNERS MAKE MONEY WITH THESE LAUNDRY MATS
BUT, THIS 1 BY FAR IS THE WORST, WORST,WORST,.
OWNERS NEED TO KEEP THIS #3 UP TO STANDARDS LIKE THE OTHER 2 OR 3 RL WASH & DRY ON DIFFERENT SIDES OF TOWN WHICH WORK GREAT & YOU CAN USE HOT OR WARM SETTINGS TO WASH...
AT THIS #3 ON AUBURN & UNIVERSITY YOU CANNOT WASH WITH WARM NOR HOT WATER?.
If you change the setting off of #3 which is what all the Washers there are set at, the washers DO NOT DISPENSE THE WATER INTO WASHER & I TOLD THE ATTENDANT HE SAYS : YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE SETTING AT #3 OR THEY DO NOT DISPENSE THE WATER TO WASH.
SO HE SAYS YOU HAVE TO ADD WATER TO IT YOURSELF WITH SOME JUGS THAT THEY KEEP IN A SINK CLOSET. They don't do it for you with it being that they WORK THERE & IS THE CARETAKER (EMPLOYEE)
AT THE TIME.
SO HE SHOWS ME WHERE THEY ARE & SAYS YOU DO IT COZ MY BACK IS HURTING...??
( I'M NOT AN EMPLOYEE & HE MAKES ME DO HIS WORK??????)
I tell Him you should have SIGNS POSTED NOT TO CHANGE THE SETTING OFF #3 OR YOUR WASHERS DO NOT WORK. AND HE PROCEEDS TO SAY WE HAVE A SMALL SIGN OVER WHERE YOU LOAD MONEY ON TO YOUR CARD & WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY DO NOT WORK ON HOT OR WARM WASH SETTINGS......
THE SIGN IS VERY SMALL ON 1 OF THE MONEY MACHINES??
So You WASTE YOUR DETERGENT, SOFTNER & THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER TO
GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT WASHER TO RESTART YOUR WASH...
SO I LOST MONEY & DETERGENT, SOFTNER & MOST ALL MY TIME TO GET MY CLOTHES WASHED & DRIED.....???
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RL WASH N DRY #3 ON AUBURN & UNIVERSITY TO USE...... POOR SERVICE & CRAPPY MACHINES.??
I hope THE OWNERS READ THIS & TAKE CARE OF THESE ISSUES SOON...
COZ ITS ALWAYS BUSY THERE WHEN PASSING BY THAT AREA.

I'm traveling and I have a dog and I went to check on her in the car and when I went inside one of the dryers that had all my clothes in it was empty. I was thinking like where did they go and then I realized there was a person park next to me to pick up truck that stole all my clothes. The attendant on duty was not the same person as earlier and they are busy in the corner on their phone playing games or something person stole it right out from under everyone's eyes!

I've been doing my laundry here for a while now, and it usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half to get everything washed and dried. They offer different machine sizes like double loaders, triple loaders, and four loaders. We only have to pay for washing, and drying is free. The place is generally well-kept and clean, especially during the weekdays. But be prepared for longer wait times on the weekends when it gets really busy.

Up until now my experience with this Wash n Dry was very positive. But that changed today when I had trouble loading my washer card and they told me the card was old and worn out but the card worked just fine. We finally managed to load the card but he insisted that the card needed to be replaced when it was obvious that it worked.Secondly: the attendant shut down and locked the doors making it impossible for customers to get in or out. She said it was to keep dirt out but if people can’t get in or out they can’t do their laundry.
