Impeccable work! Awesome products. I get the best every time I have something framed there. I wouldn’t take my stuff anywhere else’s, hands down.

Have tried for several weeks to get a response from this establishment. Nothing I dropped off a certificate to be framed in July of 2020 paid in full. Have called and texted nothing.

Could not be happier with the work that Rendr did at my house. Creative, unique and fun!! Can't wait to start on the next room! When I am not looking for framing or art, they are my "go to" shop for great gifts and my favorite candles!!

To start Crissy, the owner, is always cheerful and makes going into Rendr a positive experience. I love browsing around at all the artwork, pillows candles and other fun knick knacks and other times I go in to the store to use the framing department. The framing has always been top notch and install is great as well. Just ask and Rendr will come install your work they framed. Great experience overall --- and really cute homes good store as well!

I love this store! It reminds me of the laid back vibe of a Home Decor store that you would fine on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, or any of the upscale Beach communities. If you're looking for something different from Hobby Lobby, At Home, Homegoods, etc...this is your place. The owner, Crissy is also very knowledgeable in interior design, and is a great help. This store is also great for an unique gift, I've gotten a few gifts here, and they were received with lots of appreciation!

I have used RENDR for all of my business and personal framing needs for the past four years - always a wonderful experience. Crissy has a very polished, design-driven aesthetic and can quickly select framing options for any piece, whether it's artistic or commercial. She is also knowledgeable on current techniques and styles, which helps her create frames that are anything but common. Additionally, the shop has a selection of home fragrances, decor and furniture that you won't see anywhere else in Lubbock; beautiful!

I had a silk print that had a small tear in it that they had told me they could repair. When I dropped it off at their shop I also picked out a frame and glass so that they could frame it for me as well. I was told that the girl who repairs prints wasn't in at that time, but to leave it for now and when she came in the next day she would look at it and let me know what she thought. She called me the next day, said it would be no problem and also agreed to have it done within two weeks before I left the country for 6 months. I went to the shop on the agreed upon pick up date and was told (after driving 130 miles to get there) that they had in fact not finished it and it would take "more time." I asked them to arrange to have it shipped to my house where someone would be picking up my mail for me after I left and the manager agreed to it. She then called me back a few minutes later and said that shipping it would cost too much and also refused to give me a discount to make up for the trouble. I thought that agreeing to something and then taking it back was very unprofessional. I then arranged with someone else to go pick it up on an agreed upon date and when that person arrived, they were closed and again, hadn't bothered to call. My friend had to make another 260 mile round trip to finally pick it up. I just got home yesterday to see how they did and I am absolutely livid. First of all, the tear wasn't repaired, merely covered by the frame. Second of all, they framed it without any glass! I called to discuss it with a manager and apparently framing it without glass had been a miscommunication, but I'm not sure why I would have picked out glass just to not have it used. I also wouldn't have paid nearly $150 ($30 for the "repair") to have it framed without glass. She offered to have it redone with glass free of charge, which was nice of her, but at this point I don't think I can be bothered to make two more 260 mile round trips to drop it off and pick it up again. I'll definitely be going elsewhere next time.

If you want a custom frame for your most beloved prints, paintings, photographs or memorabilia this is the place to go. The prices are fair and the quality is incredible. They have a large selection of frame moldings for you to choose from. The shop is beautiful. The creative atmosphere lends its self to fun and creative custom frames.
