Beware of return policy!!!! Prices are high but I was willing to shop here anyway for a last minute graduation gift. The gift didn't work out and I tried to return the items with all pricing still in place and with the original receipt 10 days after purchasing. I was told I could get neither a refund NOR an exchange because the purchase was made over seven days ago. Who does a seven day return window?! The items I purchased were not personalized so they were not specialty items. I can guarantee you I will plan ahead and order my collegiate items online. You try to help out by buying local but they wont ever get my business again.

This is my favorite location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help my find the right sizes and will offer to have it ready for pick up at a different location. I only wish they were available on Instacart so I could shop from home and deliver gifts to my student on campus.

Only customer in the store. Slight acknowledgement by one staff member but never offered any assistance. When I was ready to check out I waited up by the registers in plain view of staff who were chatting for almost 10 minutes. I could have VERY easily walked out of the store with merchandise instead of waiting to be checked out. There were at least 3 staff members (2 girls and one guy) so it wasn't an issue with understaffing.

Awesome store with so many Texas Tech things to buy from clothes toys purses cups stickers etc.... stop in and have fun Shopping.... the store employees are all so very kind and helpful???

I should have read the reviews before ordering online. Just know they will send you the wrong stuff, charge you for shirts not in stock, then put the responsibility of your refund on you to figure out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! "As shown in the pictures attached in the last email both shirts have been refunded back to your original form of payment. If you are still not seeing it back in your bank account then you need to contact your bank because on our end it has been refunded. As far as your experience goes we have tried to help you to the best of our ability even going as far as attaching screenshots showing the refund for the two shirts. "

Over priced and oh use the bathroom before you go, they do not have public restrooms. They will send you to the Starbucks 3 stores down!!
