Came in at 7:30 and didn’t have anyone drying vehicles, not a single working vacuum. It got most of the truck body clean but didn’t even get the little bit of mud off the running boards or out of the wheels. Wasted money on a wash that I will have to do or get done elsewhere. I don’t plan on giving you another chance.

Take 5 car wash is the worst car wash ever. They don’t prerinse the truck nor did they use brushes to scrub the truck. Water pressure sucked, no hand dry service, when they said there was. Going through the wash the brushes barely touched the truck. Just horrible. This shitty wash for $16. I hope they get shut down.. not worth it at all, just like their oil change service. I asked for a refund or if there anything they can do, all I got was you get what you paid for. Just worthless

I got every day to university or Milwaukee locations - sometimes they do a good job on prep sometimes they could care less and I get a spray - but today there was a Hispanic guy at the university location- no head phones and we went to work he scrub every part of my car in the time it takes the other guys to throw a little water on my windshield and send me through the drive.. Who ever he is give him a raise or he’ll put him in charge

I have been a customer at this location for years. I was actually looking for a new car wash because the hand dryers were no longer offered, but when I visited this week they did have one. That is a vital part of a car wash because without it, water spots are left behind.
I do use the detail station to clean the inside of my car.

I love this car wash! Everyone is super friendly and kind and helpful. I always end up w a very clean car and I can always rely on them to make sure my car looks great and shiny. JP is awesome and takes care of you!

I had gotten a 22$ car wash for my car to get sprayed with no soap and the girl who was at the beginning of the car wash looked like she did not want to be there there was no drying people which left my car still dirty this was a ghetto car wash and I will never go back unless I have to

I like the convenience of a paid pass for regular car washes. I just wish the employee guiding the vehicles in and “pre-washing” would take a few more seconds to washing bugs off the radiator.

Im a little conflicted on this one. I've been with this company for a few years, and it was good for the most part, then the switch happened and seems to lack what we pay for . I pay the full membership for the highest one they have and when they got new equipment and had their machine givecme dents and scratches on my car the manager never answers to clarify the damage and only some times they will have the guys hand dry the vehicles. . And when they do I always give 5bucks or so even thou it aint the best it's nice to see that on some vehicles.

The vacuum I used had actual suction. Miraculously they had an employee hand drying vehicles which is a plus for. I’ll be returning if the service continues to be good.
