My Doctor's office was using a new Computer program. They did not send the Lab I was suppose to print it but my printer was not working. The front desk lady showed me how to email it to her.

This place is a Joke and Unprofessional. What's the point of making an appointment and still have to wait an hr or longer before you're seen. The lady's up front are Rude and don't Care. And the fact that you have to make an appointment just to do a Drop off or Pick up. This place definitely needs to do better

Call ahead or speak to someone to Make Sure the doctor put the order in with them. If it's a kit that can be done at home (strongly suggest) & still make an appointment to Turn in your specimen.
Always check in at the kiosk even if you're a walk-in. You can also call in to make an appointment (vital to make one!!!) or go online. Friendly staff, professional and clean environment.

I went for a drug screening. First of all I waited for 2 hours. The toilet was not flushed whenever I went in there and had to ask the lady to flush it. The toilet seat was not even cleaned. This could cause for many types of infections to spread especially since it’s an all gender bathroom. On top of that I was barely in there for 10 seconds and the employee was knocking on my door asking if I was done and I need to “hurry up” then told me to leave and wait in lobby. They had no patience at all. They were so unprofessional and so unsanitary. I would not trust going there at all.

I visited Quest Diagnostics for a CBC test, and I was impressed by the efficient and quick service. I received my results promptly the next day.

The only way to schedule an appointment is via an automated system or online. Both are garbage. There is no way to schedule by speaking to a person.

I had done my blood test at quest diagnostics a week ago. I requested the lady who is doing my test to do it gentle as I’m scared of needles and blood. I don’t know how she did it. My hand was very painful throughout the day and I couldn’t move it at all. It’s been a week since that was happened and my hand isn’t healed yet. I can still feel the pain while moving my hand and the blood clot was still same. I will not prefer going to this lab again and won’t suggest to anyone.

went in to go get some routine bloodwork and was in and out about 20 mins. melissa was who greeted me and she was pretty cool she pretty chill ngl very sweet lady.
