Bought a Maytag dishwasher, excellent price. Purchased on 1st expected on 8th but wasn't delivered till 15th. Paid for waterline kit and new electric cord. Didn't have with order when went to pick up, had to ask for them and they had to go get some off shelf. Ordered in Black , when our own hired plumber opened box it was stainless steel. Very frustrating but will keep it cause don't want to wait for another 15-20 days for yet ANOTHER one.

Absolutely no accountability. We were seeking help with a kitchen design project and waited an hour for someone to help us. We were assured the designer would be back but s/he never showed up. There were 3 other couples waiting also for assistance. We tried contacting a supervisor and also got the run around. No one wanted to hear our frustration. We ended up leaving disgusted. While we probably dodged a bullet by not transacting with the Home Depot, it is still frustrating and disappointing that they could care less about their customers. We plan to never shop there again for anything. We're certain they won't care anyhow.

It is almost impossible to actually shop inside the store itself. Aisles constantly closed or blocked. On at least 3 occasions I have left and gone to a competitor. Most recently I was attempting to shop for electrical supplies and here came the flagger and the forklift. Forklift driver hit numerous items. As it became apparent they wanted in the aisle I was attempting to shop in, I gave up and decided to get items in an adjacent aisle. By the time I got there, this aisle was also blocked. Seriously can't they stock shelves after hours? Gave up and left. Guess they don't care about customers

I went to the East Lubbock store today (11/18/2022) to order ceramic flooring. They had difficulty finding the product in the store (even though the website showed it was in stock). I spent over half an hour while the associates tried to find it. They couldn't find the tiles, but agreed to deliver it to my home. An hour later the store called to tell me they actually did not have the tiles in stock and would not get them again. I told the person who called, "I'm very disappointed to hear that." The person from the store then asked when I can come back to the store so they could refund my money. No effort to try to keep my business (over $900 purchase), and in fact seemed more interested in finishing the phone call as soon as they could. I'm going to look at purchasing my floor tiles somewhere more interested in actually earning my business.

I called twice today for tool rentals, initially he answered the phone "tool rentals hold please" in an extremely rude tone, didn't wait for me to respond, immediately put me on hold for over ten minutes and when I called again just didn't even bother to answer. It rang so long the phone hung up. Do not recommend calling for any reason, they obviously don't care about phones, only if you're in person.

I called to simply see what availability was on a product and not once, but TWICE they hung up on me. This was specifically in the flooring department. Horrible service.

Home Depot has always been so great with returning items! I have made several purchases that needed returning and they have always been so great about it! For me, there is nothing worse than having issues about returns!

Came in looking for a rake to do yard work at my sons place. Found what I was looking for and would have loved to browse the beautiful plants but I wasn't there for those...the lady that checked me out was very nice and wished me a blessed day..I always love that

Had the best experience today at The Home Depo. After going through "Snovid 2021" here in Texas we needed some plumbing supplies. Thinking we'd be very fortunate if we found what we needed and finding someone to help us wouldn't happen. Well... we were pleasantly surprised that a store associate was right there and made sure we got what we needed. Thanks for making this one of the smoothest things we've done in a long time.
