My daughter wanted a trim of split ends no wash was charged $25 for a cut where they didn’t even wet her hair down cut it DRY less than two minutes. Hair looked EXACTLY the same dead ends and all. No change whatsoever. When I brought this to their attention I was told she would need to get a bob cut to get all split ends. My daughter has always had long hair and our usual stylist was booked two weeks. Also tried to upsell hair product. Never have had worse service. Only ones in there although she seemed to be rushed. Terrible will never throw my hard earned money there my advice: don’t come here they don’t care about making customers happy. Did not get what we paid for. Not one for confrontation I heavily paid the money leaving so upset at the situation I put both me and my daughter. This place sucks!

I got my hair done by katlyn about a month ago. She did a halo of pink under my blonde and a highlight on my roots. It turned out amazing! The color is still lasting even after a month of washes. It faded to a really pretty pastel pink. I highly recommend this salon. All of the stylist are amazing. Very hospitable. They have an amazing attitude and are very kind and easy to get along with.Service: Hair coloring

The coloring Balayage that Katlyn did on my hair was amazing and beautiful. She admitted when we started the process last Thursday the color wasn't what we wanted and re-did my hair today for free. It turned out beautiful and I love the results.She also fixed my hair after another salon messed them up really bad. This girl knows what she's doin. My whole family goes to her now.If you get any bleaching done make sure you go with 3 day old hair at minimum so it protects your scalp more and the process will go a lot easier. Just ask Katlyn she'll lead you the right way!Thanks Katlyn!Edit: the first Balayage Katlyn did on my hair was blue and she just did pink in my hair and it was as beautiful as the first. Oh my gosh, Katlyn at Pro-Cuts did such an amazing job on my hair today. I originally started the process last Thursday but she admitted the color was nothing like what we wanted so she re-did it today and the results were amazing. If you like fun colors or doing highlights, she's your person. Not to mention the beautiful hair style she gave me afterwards.
