Closed early for no apparent reason. Could see the lady inside closing almost an hour Early. Must be nice to make your own schedule and disregard completely what you put as your business hours. Utterly unprofessional inconsistent and honestly lazy. PS the open sign was on but the door was locked and she acted like she couldn't see me.

This place is horrible. The first time I went Irma made my son say “Ow” the whole time he was getting a haircut because she was in such a hurry to clock out. She also mopped the floors and placed chairs in front of the doorway one hour before closing time. So the service I was given was with a COMPLETE attitude on top of my son having his head cherry red on the bottom. This would be the second time I went and my other son got a haircut by a lady with blonde hair and she put his part basically IN THE MIDDLE of his head. Not to mention the back was so messed up she didn’t completely line it up right and his line is also very noticeably high. Thelma is the only woman in this salon who knows how to cut hair.Service: Haircut

Never will I go here again!! They said they couldn’t do my sons hair all the way! Didn’t even try for 5mins they were very rude, then they left a straight bald line in the back of his head! And they still charged me for it! DON’T GO HERE

Irma always does a great job. But the owners need put some pride in their facility. The seating has been in poor condition for years. Have you ever seen the commercial where customers are dancing through the checkout using credit cards. Then everyone stops when someone uses cash. Its the opposite here. Their credit card machine is so slow.

Maybe the lady just had a bad day, or was not feeling well, but I felt as a customer I was an inconvenience. I will not return to this location and I do not recommend the current worker. As for the haircut, she pulled my hair and was rough and I kept getting slapped in the face with my hair as she was cutting. There was no professional hair stylist etiquette.Services: Long haircut

I have had excellant service here in the past...this time I am very disappointed in the haircut...I went in for a small trim...left with hair almost two inches shorter.I will not return..

Satisfied with my haircut but I wasn't sure if she wasn't paying attention or too busy talking with the other hairdresser. I had to tell her multiple times how to spell my name since I was new and multiple times what kind of haircut I was looking for.

Thelma is a hair cutting rockstar, I always request her for the last two years. Rebecca cut my wife and grandson and did a great job also.
