They deep cleaned multiple apartments for me in two days. Hit the deadlines that they committed to and did a great job. They didn't cut corners, but made sure it was spotless. Would definitely hire them again.

I called on Wednesday and got my house deep cleaned Monday! These ladies did an amazing job!! My home smells amazing and everything was dusted. All pictures and Knick knacks! I have a lot of pics on my walls and these ladies cleaned them all. Very prompt, reliable service! I'll be setting up weekly service. Thank you ladies

The ladies with Prettie Pleaze are always professional and courteous. I am a very picky cleaner and always expect the same and I haven't been disappointed in the year they have been helping me keep my house clean. For the work they do and considering they perform it so effectively, they are very reasonably and competitively priced. When I have a need to speak to someone, there is never a problem, and my phone call is always answered directly or in a very timely manner or on the spot with one of the ladies. This is a company I will stick with, and I have tried several. Thanks Prettie Pleaze! Keep up the great work! :)

The owner was not present for the cleaning and so much went wrong. I called her upon inspection and she said she was on her way. Windows weren't cleaned, kitchen back splash, shower tile, etc. We paid $450 and I had to follow up to clean the house for presentation. Very disappointed.

Long Review: I am a landlord who is always looking for a good team to maintain multiple complexes. I saw this family run business on Google reviews with 5 reviews all with 5 stars. When I called the lady on the phone she seemed rude, but I ignore my first instinct. She never gave me a set time. We might still be available tonight or tomorrow morning. So I waited for a text. No text. I got a call back saying she will be there in 5 minutes. I should've cancelled then and there. So I rushed over and she told me her sister and daughter would be cleaning the two units. Halfway during their work, the daughter somehow managed to break off my faucet causing it to spray the ceiling, flood the entire bedroom, hallway, and eventually through the garage. I had to drive over and shut off the water valve. By then, the water was everywhere. I was stupid enough to pay them after I found out it requires considerable force to break a faucet. They even mentioned God to reinforce their honesty. I'm sure God would not want to be used in that way. If you are a landlord like me or a guy who wants his house cleaned, feel free to move on to the next phone number. Short Review: Rude service and dishonest workers flooded a unit. Refused to pay.

Beware. Very, very unprofessional and substandard "cleaning". If I could give a negative rating I would. Paid top dollar & was totally ripped off. The owner did nothing she said she would do.

Update- Timeliness is not important with this cleaning service. The service was hired to clean for my mother. My mother would expect them at 9 and they wouldn't show up till 10 or 11 or sometimes cancel for another day. If promptness is no big deal this is the company for you.
