I’ve gone to precision body works every time Ive got into a accident or needing body work and they always get the job done and have my vehicles looking brand new! Work great with my insurance and get the job done in a timely manor. I would always recommend them over any body shop in lubbock!

I have a brand new 2024 GMC 2500 and I got my tailgate panel replaced due to damages. The tailgate opened and closed perfectly fine when I took it there and when I got my truck back it would never open. They told me that they didnt break nothing and they won’t cover it. He told me they took it apart and put it back together and that’s it’s not their fault. I don’t know who else’s fault it could be cause no body touched it. Now I have to buy a $600 harness after already spending 2k to get it repaired because they don’t believe in warranting their work. Never coming back again

We had an awful experience with Precision Body Works, located at 3440 W Loop 289 Lubbock, Texas 79407. Our car was taken to Corey for repairs after being hit by another driver insured by Progressive. Despite holding onto our car for three months, they attempted to pass it off as completed. The quality of the body works was horrendous - broken brackets, missing bolts, parts not properly lined up and into place, overspray and excess glue protruding from emblems, after visiting to inspect multiple times and pointing out the work that needed to be redone time after time. Additionally, improper jacking up caused damage to the undercoating panel, leaving it hanging down and needing to be completely replaced after being pointed out by us. The paint job was so poorly executed that we have photographic evidence of hair and debris embedded in the paint. Corey and his staff displayed extremely unprofessional attitudes and behavior, reflecting their shoddy workmanship. Corey was so rude to my son, litterally throwing his keys at him accross the counter when we refused to take the car. We strongly advise against using this shop, it will only result in addional costs. We have now had to transport our vehical by car hauler, which was driveable when brought in, to BMW for proper repairs by real proffessionals.PBW - NEVER AGAIN!!!!Just a few of the many photos below!!!

Jerry and his crew did a fantastic job on my hail repair claim. This location takes pride in their work and integrity. Highly recommend for your collision and or hail damage repairs.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had! Constantly changing their stories every time I called to check on my car. They had it for 3 months and manager acted clueless that they had actually backed into my car and broke headlights while on their property!!! Do not recommend this circus of a so called business!!!

Took my car here for body work took 7 weeks to get my car back and the work was subpar at best and after my air dam on bottom juat fell off while amd took my fog light with it didn't even bother to call themabout it knowing it won't make a difference i do not recommend you take your vehicle here

Had my sons truck towed to Precision due to a wheel hub, this shop has the best suspension an front-end guy in town! Wont take it anywhere else. All in 1 shop, body work an mechanical..BAM!!!Love the sweet ladies up front???Services: Transmission

I tried to get an estimate for my RV body repair. After having Jerry look at my RV, he said he would have an estimate within a week. I continuously called him every week after that time to get the estimate. He complained of being busy, which I understand. He continued to do this for over two months. He would lead me to believe that he was about done with the estimate, but he never finished. I asked to talk to his manager, and I was told to send an email to the general email address and the owners would review it. I did, and never received a response. They lost over $17K in business, because I went somewhere else. By the way, I never heard back from Jerry and it has been several months now. I will NOT recommend their business.Service: Body & Trim
