Update Review: I previously wrote a one star review for one of the locations. After many attempts of attempting to get a hold of the owner personally with no guidance from the location, I was able to find information on Facebook. I will say, I was pretty heated and could have gone a better way in trying to reach the owner, but I felt a 1-Star with detailed review would catch their eyes. Needless to say the owner personally called me and we discussed the issues at hand. We agreed to drop off my vehicle once again at a different location.
I will say this location was day a night. From the moment you walk in, the lady at the front desk was so kind. I was met with one of the foreman at this location and we discussed the issues. He was attentive to the things I pointed out and he said they could take a look at it and try to fix the issues I pointed out.
I recently bought a full replacement bumper and rear replacement bumper that I was willing to pay to install at the other location. I did meet road blocks, and I knew the rear bumper was going to need some adjustment. I did not know this until after I bought it and got some expert advise from a Ford Excursion Club. Needless to say, the owner called and asked if I wanted the rear bumper installed. I advised him he is more than welcome to try as I know the other location and a bumper shop said they could not install the rear bumper.
Today, 7/8/2024, I was able to pick up my car. I am very impressed with the work that this location was able to do. I spoke to the foreman who took the time to come and talk to me about the job and what was done. I couldn't be more thankful for his expertise and assisting in the job, as I was afraid I was out nearly $2,000 in bumpers since I had them outside the return policy. I would recommend this location to others as I believe the dynamic and craftsmanship of these technicians were superb. I will also say the atmosphere of this location is very welcoming.
Thank you Joey for reaching out and making the situation right, this speaks volume on integrity of your business as you able to listen to customers frustrations. I am sorry that we started off rough with our first interaction.

Called and said truck was ready, rear bumper moulding and under bed moulding as well as step pad were improperly installed, loosely hanging there. Advised them about it, said they would check it out. I called back 3 days later and was told they had to wait on insurance to approve OEM parts to replace the new step pad. Nothing was mentioned about the other parts.
Picked up the truck, parts still hanging on, and will be fixing it myself at this point.
Not impressed!!

Had my car for two weeks. My husband called after a week because we hadn’t heard from anyone. Precision said it’d be another week and they would call us. Another week goes by and our insurance and rental car company ended up calling and saying our rental car usage was expired. We called Precision again and they said, Oh your car is ready. No phone call or nothing. No communication or customer service. Who knows how long they would have had my car if we had not called to check. Not satisfied.

I took my car in to get hail damage repaired a few months ago. The bodywork looked good and still does. When I got the car back, the paint had not been buffed so it had some funny looking spots on it. I also noticed that my sunshade for the sunroof would get stuck when I opened or closed it and a bunch of foamy stuff would fall out when I opened it. I also noticed that the battery kept dying overnight but I thought my battery was just bad. I took it back and had it buffed and the sunshade “fixed”. A couple of weeks later, I found that they had left a connector in the trunk unplugged which made the car think the trunk was always open and was draining the battery. This also means they gave me the car back with no working taillights. I ended up having to buy a battery anyway because it went dead so many times. Over the next few weeks a found that the sunshade still rubs on something when I open it and there is a very annoying rattle in the headliner, so I get to drop the headliner and fix that myself. Also, they managed to scratch off the lettering on the passenger A-pillar so I get to buy a new one of those. So I’m roughly $300 in to fix what they messed up.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This is THE place to get your car fixed in Lubbock!!! Worked with my insurance easily, kept me updated on when it would be done, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. So glad I found PBW!!!

My First Time To Visit Precision Body Shop and Meeting Chad… He Was EXTREMELY Helpful and Had My Bumper repaired in about 30 Minutes…I had Already Gotten a Bid From Another Company For $1200….One Of My Friends Recommended Precision To Me… I Am Thrilled That It Was Fixed For Almost Nothing….What A Great Place… So Glad I Went… I Will Definitely Use Them For Everything Thing Else I Might Need and I Will Be Their Best Advertisement From Now On…❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Service: Body & Trim
