It’s truly unfortunate that customer service is basically non-existent lately, even at a local shop like this… I used to really enjoy this store and I always try to shop and support local businesses but ended up leaving empty handed. I was literally the only customer in the store today and wasn’t greeted, or even acknowledged. The store employees clearly were more interested in gossiping about their peers than speaking to their only customer. Didn’t even bother to tell me goodbye. Ended up going to a local competitor, won’t be back.

We love pets plus! We lost my childhood dog when I was a freshman in high school. Took my mom forever to decide it was time for a new family member. We went to Pets Plus and that's where we found Blaze. We thought he was a girl but that didn't chnage our minds we kepted him and he is the best fur brother ever! The staff is amazing,kind , helpful ,and patient. We go all the time for our geckos food and just to look around. The staff always greets us!

I’ve been coming here for years. Got my ferret and snake from here. Prices are good especially on the frozen mice. I’ll continue doing business here.

My family has purchased 2 puppies from here staff was always friendly, Last visit was terrible the old lady with longer white hair was so rude! Like dude smile at least. Terrible experience will never consider getting another puppy from here again.

I love this store so much! They have such a selection of cool animals to look at and all of the supplies you could need for your pets at a great price. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but most important of all, the animals are well cared for and happy.

I love shopping here. Their prices are always better than the chain stores and I love looking at all the little animals that they have there. The store is always clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful every time I visit.

We shop this store almost weekly for our dogs, cats, and gecko! Karen is an awesome and informative manager who always takes time to answer questions. Prices are comparable to other pet stores in the area, service is EXCELLENT, they always have sales and specials going on, and they have rewards as well as refillable treat canisters for a discounted price! Locally owned and the best around!

Pets plus was not what I expedited.It has limited items for the needs of a dog's life. It was mainly dog food.I expedited things like dog carriers, so I can carry my small dog like parents do there baby's.Some Apartment onlyExcept small dogs. With so meany single elderly people having to move to smaller homesThey need a small animal as a companion.

Amazing store and employees, Richard, the owner, helped out my two dogs just after our home burned, and we lost everything but each other. I always say shop locally, and Pets Plus is just one of the reasons why. Thank you for helping family stay family.
