“They are amazing. My "Pitiful" loves to come get her nails done. Normally when she got them clipped she would yelp or whimper. Not one time has she done that here. In fact, the first visit I swear she stopped at the counter and literally turned around and it sounded like she said "Thank You".. & I wasn't the only one who heard it. “My Husky loves to go here and play and even though she can be a pain to wash and dry she always comes back looking pristine. The receptionist is always kind and loving to my dog and goes above and beyond to assist. I have never used the grooming personally but they have a nice viewing window to watch the groomer at work as every time I have been it always looks like an excellent job being doing and would get a groom from here is required. Would definitely recommend ?”

“I mean it's a pet store, so if that's what you're looking for, cool. They have stuff from ferrets to lizards, turtles to rabbits, and all the stuff you'll need for them. Not dogs and cats, "other" types of pets. Prices seem high, but other than that I don't know how to judge a store like this.”

“As soon as you walk in you can tell it's a happy place. Happy vibes. They have some doggies and a kitty just hanging out. It's so cute. You can feel their love for animals. My dog absolutely loves it. He was a little hesitant and shy at first but after the lady bent down and talked with him he felt safe and followed her. I was surprised he didn't even bark at the cat! I was nervous when I first saw the cat but nope he was well behaved and loved it there. He looked like he could've used some more brushing but over all they did a really good job and he was happy ?”

“The workers here are amazingly helpful. Gave 4 stars because they dont have turtle food nor do they seem to have live insects. Other than that service is always great and make sure you say hi to Dude and Buddy the shop cats. You'll find them just lounging around.”

“I typically don't stop to write review, however I wanted to share about my visit with the store manager (Edwardo) at store #4228 yesterday (1/27/23). Yes he did carry my bag of dog food to my vehicle which was nice but not needed as it only weighed 20 pounds. I shared with him that the store seems to have a really good culture. There hasn't been a time that I haven't been either greeted or offered assistance at this store. Everyone knows that " little things" make a difference. This store seems to understand this. Good product selection. The store is clean. The prices seem to be competitive. Great dog washing area. Checkout goes smoothly. This store clearly understands the basics, they however their people skills (at least for me) is the difference maker. My Pet: Charlie Belle, 2 year old Bernadoodle.”
