It was my first time going through the process. I called 3 vets here in LBK and Hub City was the only place that responded with compassion. I could feel the genuineness in Rachel’s voice every time she answered the phone. I immediately knew this is where I had to bring him. The experience although heartbreaking and without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, every one I encountered that day was so attentive, patient, and kind. There was no judgement and no unnecessary pressures. They made it easier to smile and even laugh a little. Dr. Bridge made the entire process so intimate and comforting. She saw not only the pain of my dog but my pain. Again, I just can’t express how awesome the entire staff is here. I can say God truly put us in the right place that day. You will not be disappointed bringing your babies here. Honestly a loving place with people who care. God bless and thank you to the entire Hub city vet team.

Unfortunetly we are still not out of the woods with him, however it hasnt been for the lack of knowlege and effort from Dr B and her Team. She has literally given my dog 3 blood transfusions that she drew from her own personal dog! They honestly have gone far and beyond what I would have expected. If she looked at real children I would trust her with my Kid! Words cant express how grateful we are for them!

I now have a family of my own and it's been close to 15 years since Max passed away, but I called to make a reservation for my own dogs, Blitz and Rocket, and the owner knew exactly who I was after I gave her my last name and even remembered my mom and Max. It's a noisy place, but what dog kennel isn't? The dogs have a decent sized indoor area and large dog doors that lead out into their own separate dog runs. This is the only place we'll take our dogs!

Emerson Pet Cremation
5730 FM1294, LubbockWe lost our sweet, young Bo boy suddenly, traumatically and unexpectedly at our home on Monday morning. Emerson was beyond kind and compassionate when I called. We didn’t have the heart to load him up and take him away, so they came and got him for us. They were very gentle with him and patient with us while they talked us through our options. We got our baby back today, barely 48 hours later. They also brought him back to our house for us. His urn is beautiful, as was the clay paw print they took for us. I didn’t know we would also be getting a print of his paw, as well as his nose. The nose print is truly so special to me and I’m so glad I have it. I would take my baby back in a heartbeat, but I’m glad if this had to be done, that we chose Emerson for it.

Cimarron Pet Cemetery & Crematory
5903 178th St, LubbockOur beloved dog died Sunday am. I called Cimaron, who was open even on Sunday, and let me take our precious girl's body out and leave until we could decide what to do. The ladies we dealt with were exceptionally kind, sympathetic, and compassionate, and treated our dearly departed with the greatest respect. I couldn't recommend them any more highly and am so thankful to them for the dignity they demonstrated. And they expressed their condolences both visits; drop off and to pick up her remains.
