The only person I found to do my and my daughter's hair for a wedding. Everyone didn't have someone for make-up or couldn't do our hair. Absolutely good service with Mary Palacio. Loved how our hairdos came out. Will be going back if I go again to lubbock tx.

I’ve went 3 times now and had Mary. She is amazing! I get my hair dyed, trimmed and everytime I leave satisfied and happy. The prices are very reasonable for great quality. Mary is very professional and easy to talk to. I will definitely recommend to anyone wanting hair done to go to here. 10/10 recommend

I used to get my hair cut there and for the past 2 months I go to get my hair cut mid day and it is not open… call the number on the door and the lady always has an excuse why she isn’t there… I will never go back. There are other hair cutting places that want money and are open.

Made an appointment on Thursday with Mary at 10a. Mary was not there, waited for 20 minutes. The owner just gave me an "I'm sorry" and shrugged her shoulders. Not acceptable!

Made an appointment with Mary on monday, was told to meet her at the salon and she never showed up. I waited for over 20 minutes before finally getting tired of waiting and left. Very unprofessional.
