Alex and Dawn were great to work with. Their shop crew did a fantastic job of repairing our car for hail damage in a timely manner. When our insurance stopped rental car coverage earlier than promised, Paint Doctor stepped in to provide a loaner vehicle. When we had questions about the hood, we were able to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately with little wait. Very professional. Amazing customer service. I would return and highly recommend their business.

Super shoutout to Paint Doctor and Javi for taking care of my car for the THIRD TIME. ? I will always recommend them for all car repairs. They make the process extremely easy, communicate throughout the entire process and always answer any questions. They have always helped me with a car rental/loaner and everyone is always so friendly when I go in. They literally take care of everything from start to finish. They also deal with the insurance so you don’t have to!! Thank you Paint Doctor and the amazing team you have. My car has always been in good hands. ?

Aaron went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only repair my vehicle and do it well, but he also did it under a very tight timeframe. I was rear-ended in a small accident and needed my car repaired before moving out of state in under two weeks. I went to many body shops in Lubbock and couldn't find one to help in time... Aaron made it happen and did a beautiful job on my SUV. I would also like to add that Aaron was very kind and respectful, which I sincerely appreciated.Having a free loaner car is great, too! I would HIGHLY recommend this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

The entire crew was so nice! They kept me updated on my vehicle. I was able to get a loaner car for the time they had my vehicle. My car looks brand spanking new! Totally recommend!

Couldn’t say thank you enough to the team over at Paint Doctor. They all did an amazing job and went above and beyond for my vehicle.
