Don’t bother shopping here.They are very sneaky with their return policy ! I purchased a pair of 130.00 UGGs as a Christmas gift & tried to exchange them as they don’t fit. They refuse to give me my money back and told me we have a store credit! Which is ridiculous because they don’t even know when they’ll have more shoes ! I want my $$$$ back so I can find something different ! This is not the way you treat customers !I called & the employee was so rude and had no empathy at all.As a business owner I would never treat customers this way or let alone respond to reviews like I’ve seen on this platform .

I purchased a Swiss army knife, the only one in stock. after charging with card I discovered a part missing and as refused to take it, and they only offered merchandise exchange. I left the knife and am in the process of cancelling payment.

Customer service is horrible. Group of employees at the desk conversing but unwilling to ask if we needed help. When asked if they had a size in a shoe, was told they hadn’t gotten a shipment for that brand - had to drag it out of the employee that it was just for a particular style & they actually had sizes in other styles. Was as if the employee did not want to go to the back to grab a shoe. Highly recommend training their employees in customer service

BEWARE - Deceptive Business Practices. This store does not allow returns for your money back. They only offer store credit. They do not tell you this upfront, like an ethical business should. If you try to make a return, they tell you the policy is on the back of your receipt. If they actually told people they do not accept returns for your money back, no one would ever buy anything there. Do not shop here.

I definitely don't want to hurt a local business; however, the "refund" policy comes across as greedy.I had a pair of $150 Birkenstocks bought as a Christmas gift that turned out to be the wrong color and they do not get another shipment until March. I went in to get a refund because we are on a low income, and I do not need this color of shoe.Come to find out AFTER I had checked out, they had handed me a slip of paper in the bag with an All Sales Final policy on it. I tried asking for an actual refund for my purchase and the employee at the front desk explained that "as a small business they are trying to keep as much money in house to pay the bills..."For someone with little money, getting "store credit" is a slap in the face especially when their own employees confirm it's only for selfish gain.The store itself has a good selection of other gear I don't really need but being forced into going back does not feel good as a customer.There are better ways of making money than keeping your customers' money hostage as store credit.

I really like to try and support local businesses, so I wanted to shop here. We have spent quite a bit of money here over the years, knowing that the items in this store are more expensive. We came in and bought 4 pairs of Birkenstocks and a pair of flip flops. I specifically asked the employee if I would be able to return the sandals if they did not fit the person I was buying them for. She said yes, we could exchange them for another size. Went back to exchange them, and I didn't have my receipt. The shoes were not worn and they still had the tags on them. They also have the same shoes there... I went a week after my original purchase. They said they could not exchange them without the receipt because they didn't know if I bought them within 30 days. It would have been nice if the employee would have specifically told me that I needed to have the receipt to exchange them. I get that it is my fault that I didn't have the receipt, but more clarity would have been better. When I went to exchange them I did see the sign that said that you needed to have your receipt but it was not on the other side of the counter where I purchased them. We will not be wasting our money here again. I would rather shop online or shop somewhere like Cardinals that doesn't have a dinosaur system that doesn't keep up with purchases, and that have better return policies. We have also come in the store in the past and no one has helped and/or they have been snobby. Situations like this will be the demise of small businesses like this one!!

I love how I was NEVER asked if I needed any help but you definitely were willing to help the person NEXT TO ME. I am so disappointed because I was ready to buy gifts for my family.

I have lived in Lubbock my whole life and I would not spend ANY money here, the staff is VERY rude and treats customers as if they are a hassle to help. Every time I go inside this store they are all gossiping at the front desk. Very unprofessional and an unwelcoming environment. If I were you, I would go to mountain hideaway, cardinals or academy. Don't waste your time/money in this establishment!!!!

My family used to spend a great deal of time and money here, decades ago. Had forgotten why, until today. Was treated as an intruder, upon entering, and was given next to no assistance save a point in the general direction of what I sought. Past that, the apathy became truly monumental.

Went in with my grandmother to get new Burkenstocks. Stock was limited but she picked out a pair and when she asked the young girl checking us out if we could return them, she said and I quote “ As long as it’s not worn, within 30 days we do full returns, but we don’t do cash back.” Both my grandmother and I took that to mean that as long as we didn’t try to return in exchange for cash, they would refund her credit card if we returned them. Low and behold, the next day my grandmother and I went in to return them and they said they only do STORE CREDIT. They would not refund her money. Very disappointed and now have $200 to a store that refused to honor what their employee told us.

First off I have always found what I was looking for in this store.. but I knew what they carried and why I was going in there. To all those reviews that cry about not being told hello.. get over it.. that is actually what I like most about this boutique! I hate shopper stalkers and this store is small.. if you need help and you ASK.. they will answer anything you need.. if not then you are free to look around without feeling pressured to buy because someone is staring
