The gym staff are always friendly and keep the equipment and bathrooms clean. I wish I had found this place sooner!

Onefitness was the breath of fresh air that cured me from big biz gyms. I know I could get in and have an efficient good workout in optimal time and the culture there is great also. Highly recommend.

Walking into a gym is pretty intimidating for me but the folks at this place were so incredibly nice! Very clean, nice facility. I'm really looking forward to going back.

Good people, clean, well kept. Staff was amazing. First day trying it out and left with tons of samples, a free protein drink and shaker bottle. They were awesome!

Loved this gym in Lubbock. It's been very hard moving away because One Fitness set my expectations so high. Very clean. Plenty of high quality equipment -- rarely have to wait to use stuff, even when the gym is busy. Owners are great people. Multiple benches, racks, deadlift station, plenty of dumbbells, every major machine, and tons of cardio equipment. Highly recommend checking this place out.

This place wants to charge $50+ a month to work out with minimal equipment then charges you another $50 if you do not return the Fob been at this place for 2 years and it’s been a joke never had new equipment broken bands all the time and let’s not get started with the same 5 songs that gets looped in the place, do not recommend at all.

Checked out One Fitness today while on our way to Colorado and we had a pretty good experience. We were checking out some gyms in the area and this one was rated higher than the others so we gave a call and they let us do a 1 day free trial. Simple set up, we just went in and signed a waiver, no ID check or anything. The gym here has lots of equipment and all of it seemed to be working and in good condition. The bathrooms were pretty nice and kept pretty clean. The staff who helped us was nice. The gym had a lot of equipment that you don't commonly see such as the slants for squats and a donkey calf raise machine (not the sole purpose but made it work). Overall good experience and simple to get set up. Not sure the actual pricing, but for us it was perfect!

Visiting this gym today was a good experience. Pronated lat bars were a huge plus. I wish my local gym had them and I didn't have to carry equipment on technical days. Thank You!

Best dam gym in lubbock texas the 2 negative reviews here are a joke. Its always clean. The owners will go out of their way to help you achieve your goals. Every other gym does not compare to one fitness.

When you walk into the workout area it feels like a sauna. The air feels wet and muggy and humid and stuffy and stale and smells bad. It doesn't matter if its hot outside or cold, the gym is always hot and humid. It saps your strength and endurance. AC should be turned on a few times per hour just to clean the air. Or at the very least open the garage doors a foot or two and let some fresh air in and let the stuffy air out. The wet air is probably why everyone there is sick with some respiratory infection and can't get over it. Can't believe they can't figure this out. The plate loaded equipment is junk, some knock off brand designed by someone who knows very little about kinesiology or the human body. The angles are wrong, the handles put your hands and wrists in uncomfortable, painful positions, and actually feels dangerous to use. No one ever uses it. Ever. Because it causes discomfort and pain. The angle of the leg press feels wrong and uncomfortable. Probably another piece from the company who made the plate loaded machines. The leg press they had before was far superior to the one they have now. You can learn a lot by watching your members. If they avoid certain pieces of equipment, it's because it's poorly designed junk. Equipment that is not used and/or is painful to use should be sold or discarded and replaced with something better. There is no lying leg curl!?!?! Why? There is no standing calf! Why? The seated calf machine is garbage and should be put out with the trash. I have seen people trying to improvise due to lack of basic equipment(like lying leg curl and standing calf)but for close to $50 a month, you shouldn't have to improvise anything. Period. Lacking basic equipment that you can find in any other gym will hurt your business. Keeping the workout room stuffy and humid will cause people to go elsewhere.
