“So in regard to the newest review about billy fighting someone. Im the other guy in that photo. Billy and i are very much the best of friends. whats shown in the picture is not as it seems. There was no fight. it was a bett(off of company property) i bett him that he couldnt knock me down and clearly i lost? billy is a good man. A great friend. A man in pursuit of Gods heart. And one heck of a father. Please to those who read these reviews know. Billy does his best for his customers and his friends.(in his case no one can tell the difference between the two because of his welcoming customer service) please continue to support this shop that will always have my heart.”

“I’ve been having my oil changed with “Take 5” since 2021, and from 2021-2024 I didn’t have an issue stacking my military discount on a $15, $20 or $25 dollar discount. But lately as since 2025 I have been getting employee confrontation with my discounts. I’m being told that I can use one but not both. In order to receive both I’m having to physically show them the last ticket and that I got both.
Please let me know when I can’t continue to use both discounts and I will take my business to any of the many other companies. I answered your question with using both discounts”

I stopped in for an oil change today and was pleasantly surprised by the level of honesty and professionalism I received. After checking my car, the Steve informed me that my oil was still clear, full, and not due for a change. As an older woman, I’ve often felt talked down to or taken advantage of at automotive service shops, but that was not the case here. They treated me with respect and took the time to explain everything clearly.
While inspecting my vehicle, they also discovered that my cabin air filter had been jammed in and improperly installed by someone else. Several members of their team worked diligently—and in some very awkward positions!—to remove it and make sure things were put back together correctly.
I truly appreciate their honesty, patience, and genuine care. It’s refreshing to find a place that puts integrity first. Highly recommend!”

“This has to be one of the nicest auto center crews I've ever dealt with. I had ordered tires via Walmart +, and it didn't allow an option to schedule install at time of purchase. Long story short, that meant I shouldn't be able to get any of the benefits when I brought them for install, since they were shipped to home and not store. Customer service and other stores confirmed that. Came to this auto center and had no wait, the gentleman helping me made sure that my Walmart + was synced and made sure I received the benefits that I was supposed to have. They were kind, fast, and helpful. That's all you can hope for. I'll definitely be coming back. I appreciate the whole team.”
