“Below is my original review from 6 years ago, but I had to write an update. Our machine is one of the older ones, and some issues have come up. I have been in touch with Dan Smith from Benchmark, and I have to say Dan is THE best. We have been talking back and forth about possible solutions, and he's been very informative and honest. Today he dropped by my office, and I just have to say he went above and beyond! Personally, I would recommend Dan for all your copier needs. I'd give him 10 stars!
Can't say enough good things about Benchmark! Fast, courteous service every time; this week I was told a tech would probably be by the next day to help with a problem, but within an hour one called to see if it was ok to come right away! Twice I have run out of toner at a critical time and the folks at Benchmark directed me to other businesses in Lubbock that used the same machine, and I was able to get one from them. Wouldn't switch to another company!”
