Friendly service at the counter, evening of 11/16. Smooth and efficient check in. Nice car selection. Upon return, I forgot an item in the backseat. Josh, at the return area Kiosk was helpful in calling the car back so I could quickly retrieve my items. Highly recomm.

National Car Rental has outstanding customer service representative. I travel frequently for work and National is always providing professional friendly service and they have great new cars. The Emerald Isle is great where you can pick you own car so you have more choices.

Pick up of the car was quick and efficient in Lubbock. Vehicle was ready to go and no issues. Drop off in Salt Lake very similar. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am an Emerald status customer, yet had to wait 30 minutes for my car when arriving to the airport. Staff was was not available at counter when I initially arrived. Once available, they were friendly.

Our vehicle wasn’t ready when we arrived at the airport counter, so we had a bit of a wait. The vehicle we were issued was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The manager was kind enough to watch over my bags as he pointed me the way to the counter to get my keys. Ma. Liya Abraham was very accommodating and professional and gave me the vehicle that I needed and it was upgraded, too. Appreciate all your kindness for making my trip a rewarding one. I’ll get a National again when I go to France this month for a month’s stay.

Jake and Fabian are the definition of "True Customer Service" these guys are real to the bone! From stopping to print a receipt outside in the horrible Wind to bringing license and rental agreement to a crippled old man to save me a step or two. I can't think of a time I have been treated so well as a customer in this age of do yourself customer service. National LBB gets my vote for WORLD CLASS/1ST IN CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. So consistent, these guys are top notch. I am so grateful for their excellence.

Eddie DeLeon is take pride in his location and team. I had a couple subpar experiences at Lubbock airport location but he fixed all my concerns with my most recent visit. Will continue to use National and this location for my rentals.

They checked in the car 3 hours late so I was charged for an extra day. I called customer service twice and they won't fix or call me back. Terrible management, avoid.

Won't give them my business any time soon. There was no information about deposits or not being able to pay with debit cards on their site or the printed agreement. I searched this out BEFORE I rented. I booked it through my job using their corporate discount program, but I still checked for deposits and how I could pay for the car. I get transferred to the local branch, from the international customer service line, where I'd be getting the car, and this lady at the desk proceeds to tell me that they have a sign at the desk with deposit and payment information. Mind you I had to call twice because the line just rang and rang the first time. I booked this car two months ago on the website. She stated "we try to work with people, but they don't negotiate on those two things-deposit and how much it is. I decided to go another route. They did call me to ask me if I was still coming to get the car on the day I was leaving. I was miles away in Odessa by then. Buyer beware with National. I got so many different stories and all they would say is "they gave you the wrong information" or "we just updated our information to include that" or "you're looking at the old site" or "we do things differently than the international line". This could have totally derailed my vacation, but thankfully there's other options.

I have had mixed experiences with this National. This review is from my last experience. I flew in yesterday for a work trip, I know there is no Executive Aisle at this location and normally the staff are very accomodating and give options to choose from. When I asked what is available, I was only given one choice a Mazda CX-5. The gentleman next to me was given a choice between a few cars. I didn't mind the option given, just thought it was weird I was not given any other choices. I checked the car and everything seemed fine, once I arrived to my hotel I looked up and noticed bloody fingerprints all of the passenger side ceiling and visor. I was mortified and called them right away, I was told I would be called back by a manager to talk about returning my vehical. I still have not received a call so I am going to drive there during my lunch break to switch out my car.
