Really helpful young man on the phone and in person, helping me to try to replace two (no joke!) missing Lincoln Ultimate DOOR LATCH SCREWS. They had the right thickness and head, but too short. He referred me the "Wrench-a-Part" on the Slaton Hwy, and I bought an inexpensive Philips head screwdriver to do the job. Called, but not gone there, yet. NAPA is in SW section of 50th & Quaker. One big city block North of the South Loop Lubbock Walmart Supercenter.

The store on 50th St. in Lubbock charged me three times what a small fuse was worth and then wouldn't take it back when it didn't work in my multimeter tester. I won't buy anything else from them.

Had a Napa purchased alternator with lifetime warranty that went bad on my wife’s vehicle that I took in to be tested and exchanged, and I was denied the warranty because the alternator was giving 14V under a “load” so therefor it was “good”. When an alternator is under a load it only draws 12-13V so after 2 times of taking it off, testing it at Napa, being told it wasn’t the alternator causing my problem (I was told that it was possibly the computer then the second time I took it in I was told to check a fuse), and putting it back on the car. I decided to take my business to O’Reillys to buy a new alternator which resolved my charging issue after diagnosing the problem two times, car started working great again. I spoke to the manager after this and explained everything ONCE again about my alternator being bad only to be told that if I took it in a 3RD TIME they would have exchanged it. If someone was paying a mechanic how are they going to have the mechanic remove and install an alternator 3 times then get charged for those 3 TIMES by the mechanic to finally get Napa to cooperate with the warranty. But what do you expect from behind the counter mechanics. Parts guys I mean

Went in to ask how much gear oil to use in a 1977 Dodge truck, manual transmission. was told it used automatic transmission fluid. I told them it did not, and they told me I was wrong. I still have the owners manual, it says, 80-90 weight gear oil! These people have no idea what they are doing. If I put ATF in that transmission it would burn up. Do you think NAPA would pay to replace it? I don't think so.
