Closed during business hours on Saturday. Have not actually been to the store. Please update your hours. Thank you. The stores are not reflective of the store, just the hours.

We tried to get our son a 4th of July outfit on Saturday and the hours on Google weren’t correct. We looked at the hours for Monday and I came after work to be here at 10 when the store opened. I waited 45 minutes and called the store with no answer. It’s unclear if the hours posted on the store or google are correct as we haven’t had good luck. Just thought management should be aware it’s unclear when the store is open or closed for the holiday weekend and customers can be confused and y’all lost out on some business because of this issue.

Make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase because if you accidentally get the wrong size and immediately go back for the right size and they don’t have it, they will not give you your money back. Even with a return within 24 hours of purchase, has never been touched, tags still attached, and you have the receipt. They have a zero refund policy. It is also sad that this is not posted in the store nor do the sales girls tell you this. I won’t go back.

This place is the only location I’ve been able to find that carries the lobster paci that my baby is very attached to. The staff was so friendly and got it shipped to me in Florida very quick! Thanks girls for saving the day

This place has a great selection. Their NO RETURN POLICY is not displayed in a line of sight nor drawn attention to when purchasing. I returned in less than 1 hour and was only given the option of store credit which runs out in 60 days. Good selection; could improve significantly on customer service.

My favorite boutique in town for baby things! Staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have even put things on hold for me and called me about new releases. Note: this is NOT the place you go for everyday play clothes/affordable items. It is a higher end boutique and the pricing matches that. However, I’ve found it to be comparable to any places online where you find brands like Kickee Pants, Persnickety, etc. They also run great sales. Highly recommend.

Went in a couple of weeks ago and was ignored the whole time I walked throughout the store with my kids. Not one word from any of the workers. No help, nothing. Won't be back. Clothes weren't what I liked anyway.

I have never heard of or seen a return policy so crazy! Buyer beware!

I don't shop here because of bad previous experiences. Today I stopped by because they were having an event for a clothing line I love and I was disgusted by the employees. They're so rude! I asked a question about a grab bag I got with purchase. I asked if they were marked boy or girl since I only have girls and her response was, "sell it on trading up" which is a local garage sale site. I think if I go in to your store and drop $100 you can at least be kind because I can pay a lot less somewhere else for the exact same products. There are a lot better baby boutiques in Lubbock and online.

First off, let me start by saying this is my first bad review. Look at my other google reviews, all 5 star. This is a precious store. The items are displayed beautifully and are of excellent quality. My mom and I have been customers since they opened their store. My mom has spoiled my girls with many items from My Cup of Tea Baby with no issues from the selections we have made. Unfortunately, the service does not match the beautiful facade. 2 Saturdays ago, my mom took her 3 year old granddaughter in there and found a pair of Mini Melissa's. My Mom told the sales associate that she was currently in a size 9 but the sales associate told her that they ran a size LARGER. The sales associate fit my child in a size smaller (8) and she wore them out of the store. She came home 4 hours later and I noticed the shoes looked small. I pulled them off and she had blisters on her big toes! My mom went back to the store that day to let them know and was told the shoes could only be returned if they were re-sellable. Of course, a 3 year old will put mileage on shoes quick so at this point, they were not. I went in and spoke with the Manager, Chelsea (orange hair) and explained that the sales associate fit my child with the wrong size even though she said they run a size larger. Chelsea then said, actually they run a size SMALLER! Well this made sense because the shoe was so small. Surely, they would immediately make right on the mistake THEY made and give us the proper size shoe. No. Chelsea said ultimately it is up to the customer to choose the right size. This would be totally different had my mom gone in and selected the shoe size off the shelf or even fitted my daughter with them herself. This is not a cheap shoe folks ($55). The fact that the sales associate of a high-end boutique not only fit her with the wrong size shoe but gave the wrong information on the brand and then said sorry it's our responsibility is simply not right. It was a week ago that I left the shoes there and just now received a call in which Chelsea says she spoke with the owners and they would not exchange the shoes. Apparently, the owner was having surgery which was cause for the delay. Very sorry but this should have been resolved that day, by Chelsea. I cant imagine she told them the entire truth because I believe they would have made it right. My mom went back to pick up the shoes and Chelsea told her the staff has been corrected but their is nothing more she can do. She has done a huge disservice to this precious store. She is pretentious and rude. We will no longer be shopping here. You can buy everything sold here online. We like to support local business and are very willing to pay the premium price for quality service. Luckily, more baby and children boutiques have popped up that I will be trying and supporting here in Lubbock. My Cup of Tea Baby still has quality items but don't bother with the staff. If it is Chelsea, you will get better service at Wal-Mart.

Every single time myself, a friend, or a family member has gone to this store, the staff has been so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone knows how the different brands fit, and have helped me find the right sizes for my little man in sweet bamboo, kickee, mudpie, and even little Ralph Lauren shoes. I cannot speak highly enough about not only the staff, but the owners. I can genuinely say that Luddy and Linda care about every customer that walks through the door. This is not an inexpensive place, but the staff and quality of the product makes every penny spent worth it! I love when I find out someone I know is expecting so that I can refer them to this store! They also have great sales all the time, which most definitely helps this momma!
