So, the pickup gets a 5 star as my order was filled correctly and the employee- cannot remember his name- was very nice. However, I had to run inside the store, and that was a bit of a mess. The layout is definitely challenging. Why are all the gift cards in a corner of the store rather than at the checkout stands?! The pharmacy area is very compact and hard to get around with the amount of people in the store, and the employees were not super helpful. So.....the score went from 5 to 3 because of inside experience.

If you go in there 30 minutes to close make sure you pay within 15 minutes because at 9:45 they will say that their systems are down and they can't take your money

I am Absolutley dissaponted and hurt about this walmart. So recently they open a Claires in walmart, and I took my child in to look to look around for some earings because we were going to my moms funeral. i went outside of claires for 1 min to take a phone call and they were yelling at my child! They were saying my child is ruining there "people count" in there store and that she was playing hide and seek. My daughter started crying and they yelled at her more! What is wrong with these people! Also thanks for my child crying even more and making her day worse!

Not the best Walmart I have ever seen but also not the worst. Sometimes the isles are packed with items that are waiting to be restocked. Some days the produce is really good then other days it's horrible. All in all not the worst place to shop.

The customer service here sucks. I much prefer the one off Quaker. I returned an item and got a gift card for in-store credit. Okay, no problems yet. I went to go pick up a few items on that same visit and when i tried to pay with the gift card, the machine didn't recognize the gift card. Long story short, i got bounced between three different employees and an hour of my time just to pay with the gift card. Im there at the customer service desk waiting for them to give me a new gift card and i asked the lady if i can return my items and buy them with the new gift card to see if this new one actually works. I had to repeat my question three times because she didn't seem to understand what i was asking. And she was pretty annoyed about me asking her to do "extra work" and was getting defensive when really i just asked so i didn't have to lose anymore time or money dealing with this gift card issue. After another 15 minutes, that happened. On my way out, i got stopped by the door "greeters" (i only had 2 small items) and got asked for a receipt. In the midst of all the gift card issue (and getting so many receipts in the process) i either was not given a receipt for what i had purchased or i had misplaced it in all the back-and-forth. They treated me like some sort of thief and i had to explain the whole situation to this person and his partner walked all the way to the customer service desk to verify my story. Once i was given the okay to leave, he told me "just make sure to hold onto your receipt next time so this doesn't happen again" and that's when i lost it. I told him off and left. I'm not one to "call the manager" and make a big fuss about things, but this whole scenario was really something special. Not going back to this place Update: this "new" gift card doesn't work either. I had to set up Walmart Pay with the app just to get my money back

I hate this store employees are always hogging up the isles doing nothing but talking bull and won't move for a customer to go through they just look at you and make you go around. Everytime I get ready to leave they want to check my receipt today they basically jumped in front of me to ask for it.. I told them flat out to day I don't have to and it's not necessary.. I got told it's our policy... I told him I am tired of being treated like a thief Everytime I come in here I don't have to shop here at all and your policy don't mean crap to me... guess what I am done with them everything I need I can get other places. If there policy means treat most customers if they are thieves they can stick there store up their back side. Lose enough customers and they can just shut there doors don't need to be abused by employees your pay check is because we spend money there no spending jobs disappear so heck with you to

The online pick up is useless here. Half the items you order, they tell you they are out of. I went into the store and found the items myself that they said they were out of. I called the store manager Jared Rachley and he was useless. Did nothing but make excuses and then asked me what I want him to do about it. I called corporate and reported all of it. I doubt anything gets done but at least it was reported. DO NOT USE THE PICK UP FROM HERE. THEY LIE AND ARE LAZY SO THEY JUST SAY THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK OF HALF OF YOUR LIST. I wish a store would open to compete against Walmart and shut them all down

I frequently shop at this Walmart & get my oil changed here but today my sister came in wanting to buy a microwave. Of course the sign above says "ask for assistance" that's little what Walmart has is assistance. I walked to 5 different departments to ask them if they could page for assistance. What did I get? No one, nowhere. We waited 30 mins for someone to show up to help get the microwave off the top shelf. Still no one ever showed up. Every person the department paged no one ever showed up. More minutes passed by and we just had to leave! We ended up going to the Walmart off of Milwaukee where employees love to assist customers.

Would someone please explain the rationale of having 22 registers and only ONE open. There are 10 self-check registers and FIVE are working. It is midnight on Saturday night. There are 13 customers in line in front of me in the one cashier lane and at least 20 in the self-check line. I realize that overnight it is usually slower than during the day, but in a college town of over 300,000 people, it is time to start staffing employees accordingly. No, it does not affect management if I am in line for 45 minutes, but my time is valuable.
