“Within two minutes of entering the store, we were greeted by a very friendly employee named Sarah who immediately helped me find a light bulb that I was looking for.We then walked around looking for another item and ran into her again, at which point she asked if she could help us find something else. I told her what I needed, and she immediately took us to it.It's sad that in some stores customer service has gone downhill so much that employees will walk right over you and not say a word to you. I'm thankful to find a store where old-fashioned customer service is still in place and going strong.I hope Sarah gets a raise in pay soon.”
