Been with Metro for a long time. The service as well. My internet is great. But the prices are getting so ridiculous. For existing customers to upgrade it's ridiculous. We are paying more than the new customers. You would think they would want to keep all the customers they have right now. The flex plan that is stupid. You can pay $50 for the main line and then $35 each line after that. And then you have to have it for a year before it to even kick in. So I have four lines that's over $100 more they want you to pay for a year before it kicks in,when I'm already playing 150 for my phones and internet. I don't know who came up with that idea but there stupid. Bleed the people dry.

Went in this store today never had a problem with the employees but I always pay 155 because my bill is 150 she changed me an additional 5 extra dollars and the text message shows the 150 and the receipt shows 155 + an additional 5 dollars so the employee now is saying we have no recollection of us going in the management needs to keep an eye on their employees or Metro is going to start losing customers
