My husband bought a phone there promised 7 day free return promise and wanted returned it within 4 days. The store said no ! The staff offered the wrong information- she said we can return within 7 days. But on the fourth day. She said it should be 72 hours not 7days. She told us she made mistakes but there is nothing she could do. She called manager the manager said there is nothing she can do. So the store offer the wrong information. They admitted it’s their fault and they didn’t take the phone back. I was mad about their whole attitude and managing systems. So they messed up they knew and there is nothing they can do !??? They told us just complain or write bad reviews ???? I was confused about they sold wrong information and they don’t take consequences? What’s wrong with this store ? What’s wrong with the whole management system?

10 extremely satisfiedDaysha was AMAZING she has perfect customer service and Trena was supper helpful and sweet they both took AMAZING care of us I will definitely stay in metro because of how amazing they were and how perfect they took care of us

weird thing just now... i went in the metropcs store for an upgraded phone and the girl behind the counter asked for my drivers license, for my phone number and then for my social security number. is that normal? i don't remember ever giving metropcs my social security number.

Very disappointed because of they're false advertisement of being open at 11 am on Sundays when they really don't open till Noon... They really need to get their information updated with google and the phone company...
