This is the only store that sell the the brand of dog food I get. The customer service is superb, the owner treats all customers like family! Highly recommend Merlin’s Pet store to anyone who is looking for quality service and products.

The folks at Merlin’s are the best! They always have the best recommendations about what I should do to help my aging cats stay happy and healthy. What a wonderful local business! I highly recommend them to anyone with furry friends at home.

I love this store!!!! Kat suggested I change my dogs food, saw some inflammation in Bandit. Changed food, he slimmed down and is very handsome. They really care.

The store is now my favorite top place in Lubbock. It smells so good and the owner is so nice and welcoming. They have top quality food and treats. My dog had a lot of fun shopping there. Strongly recommend.

Merlin’s Pet Shop is absolutely amazing. They have a wonderful customer service and are so kind! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone! I plan not to go to any other store. They have amazing quality brands for your pets. My dog loves their food and will not eat any other food.
