Hope is an absolute HERO! We rented a tux for prom that my son picked up and of course did not try on his pants ??♀️ 1.5 hours before prom and guess what? Pants did NOT fit, throwing this mamma in to a huge panic! I call and luckily get Hope on the phone! She said can you come up here. We did and I’m sure she saw panic on my face because as soon as we walked in she knew who we were. She kept me calm, assured me that she would get us right! And that she did. She went above and beyond in a short amount of time. Helped with pants, cuff links, and pressed his handkerchief! She got us in and out just in time for prom! Hope thank you thank you thank you!

Tried seeking help multiple times and was even promised help but it never came. The guy hid in the back a lot and his recommendations were off. When I told him the sizes didn’t fit he just told me that is was supposed to fit like that. I’m pretty sure the sleeves aren’t supposed to go passed my thumbs and the shoulders shouldn’t kill my circulation. Once I figure out the sizing problem after and hour it was 10 minutes til close. Do not recommend.

Scheduled an appointment to get fitted for a tux. Arrived on time to see a busy store with less than a handful of people working. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to learn that systems were down and it would take a “lot longer than usual” to be seen. Left my name and number, and continued to browse the store. A few minutes later, I was told I would be helped next, yet after a 30 minute wait, another customer, who arrived after I had, was being helped instead. I left the store and will never return. To add to the frustration, I was never contacted via phone despite leaving my name and number.

Was just in this location, and it was frustrating. I came in for a few new full suits and was never greeted or asked if we needed help. Two other people came in and were immediately assisted. Left frustrated as I wasted my time. Not coming back, do better.

We waited checked and still waited for a while. People came in after us and the staff immediately helped them out when I asked staff for assistance I was told someone would get with me and again I waited with my son. As I look around staff is folding clothes and chatting, someone else comes in doesn’t even check in and someone goes up to them immediately, of course all were white but kinda funny for those who just left without purchasing anything after being assisted. Horrible experience won’t be back to this place

Besides being unnecessarily expensive (yes I know this type of appeal is expensive - still unnecessary), I would have to think they judge you from the moment you open the door. We were in the store for about 15 minutes and not one (1) employee said a dn word to us nor could I figure out who the employees were to begin with. All I needed was a waistcoat but I'm not paying these prices for this amount of fabric. I'll never shop here again due to me being white trash and apparently not the target demographic.

I truly miss the Mens Wearhouse in Greenville, SC. The customer service here in Lubbock, Texas, is abysmal.

Manager was extremely rude and not accommodating. She doesn’t know what information her employees relay to customers. I was not able to get a tuxedo for my daughters wedding due to their lack of communication.

Worst experience ever!! Sat there for 45 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Once we finally asked for help with a custom suit and told them we did not have a budget, they walked away after less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for a suit, I recommend going somewhere else!

After a strong finish to the week from work, I decided to treat myself to a new outfit before going out and hanging with a friend. I’ve never shopped for myself at this store before and was excited to spend a pretty penny on myself. I arrived around 8 o’clock and started browsing and after about 15 minutes they turned off the music. It was weird walking around browsing in silence. The fitting room was very dirty, you could see dust on the carpet bordering the outside area near the cubicle walls appearing like some type of dust web or fog.I wasn’t able to pay with cash because they already counted the drawers at 8:50 or so but the manager was so ready to leave. They try to leave AT 9. She was already changed into her Nike sneakers and tank top before the store even closed. I felt that was pretty unprofessional, but hey. It was a Saturday night, not sure what to expect. Might try the other store off of Quaker.

The first time we went in to get my fiancé a suit for our wedding the girl we worked with wasn’t the most helpful, however we went again and worked with Clara and she was fantastic! She was so personable and kind. She knew the store very well and was quick to help us out with options. She made the experience the best! Will be recommending her in the future :)

It looks like they haven’t vacuumed in over 3 months and all the workers had an attitude. We hate coming over here but had to for a wedding my husband is in.
