“The stars are for your technician. He didn't act like he was in a huge rush as has happened previously. He even prayed with me,which was phenomenal. He was polite and professional as well as knowledgeable. Before this,I was actually looking for a new company.Noone can explain my bill,it goes up and down. There are 2 of them, which is ridiculous to me.My portable hasn't worked on about 3 months,so I cannot go anywhere. I was always routed directly to billing and they would not let me speak to the office until my bill w as paid in full. SO I paid a large chunk when could and she (billing) refused to unlock the account until I paid collections. I inquiredas to whether it was your company or an outside one,and w as informed it was a separate company. So I informed her that it was then none of her business. Horrible experience. Still have not had bill explained .But thank you for the new portable!”

“My previous podiatrist order diabetic shoes for me but they never seemed to fit right. All she did was have my shoe size measured (while sitting) had me look at a catalog of shoes and ordered them. Sometimes it too months to get the shoes and the last time I didn't get the shoes I ordered. Changed podiatrists and my new doctor wrote a prescription for diabetic shoes but no one in our area would file on medicare. Happened to search diabetic shoe suppliers in Lubbock and came across embrace. I called them and they handled all the paper work I need from my family practitioner, then made me an appointment for a consutaltion. The staff were all very helpful and Bryson spent time with me and took impressions of my feet. he also check my foot size sitting and standing and noticed I had been wearing wrong sized shoes especially the width. He helped me choose out the shoes I wanted and has them on order. This was the best experience I have ever had getting shoes. I very highly recommend the people and the store for any needs. Even though Lubbock is 180 miles from my home it is well worth the trip.”

“I fractured my foot and they referred me to the Brace Place. They took care of me and gave me a Walking Boot and they helped me learn how to walk on crutches. (That was 3 days ago as of 10-31-22) They were helpful! They accepted my insurance and I walked (tried to) out of there in less then 20 mins.”
