“Shelley was awesome to work with! She was very helpful in showing us different models of Sleep Number beds. Technology has really moved forward from when we purchased our Expanded Queen Sleep Number bed 17 years ago. That bed is still just fine and will be in a guest room for guests to enjoy.

We were interested in a King bed and, oh my, they are quite a bit different from our original bed. Shelley was great at clarifying the differences between the different models and shared why she likes, and owns, the Climate 360, compared to the i8 which we really liked. Shelley even waited while my husband and I talked it over as we grabbed a bite to eat. We ended up choosing the Climate 360 because we both sleep hot and it just sounds so wonderful to be able to have a cooled mattress. Shelley took great care of us and I would recommend anyone go see her if they're looking for a new bed. We are really looking forward to sleeping cooler in a few weeks when the bed arrives!”

“I love Kirkland's. Their items can be pricey, but they run sales so often, email great coupons, and have a decent clearance section, so I never pay full price. Everything I've purchased from Kirkland's has been excellent quality and receives plenty of compliments from house guests. Definitely recommend for your home decor needs.”

“Bought a power reclining loveseat, that was in stock. They delivered (1 week later) a power reclining couch, by mistake, they took it back on the same truck. Rescheduled the delivery for the loveseat between 3:30 and 6:30 the following Wednesday. It is now Wednesday, 8:30 pm, no loveseat, and Ashley Furniture does not answer their phones, even though they say they are open until 9:00. Their customer service lines close at 7:00.
The salesperson is not answering his text. Really awful customer service if you ask me.”

“We had nothing but a positive experience here. We were new to Lubbock and originally bought bedroom set somewhere else. That was all delivered in pieces so needless to say we sent it back. We then went to Ashley's and picked out a set we liked. Kaden was so good and got us what we wanted within our price range. Delivery took longer then expected but we loved the set and were willing to wait. I did have to call a couple times but Kaden took my call, or called me right back, every single time. He even took my call while out on the golf course on his day off. Customer service like that is hard to come by and why we went back when it was time to order a dresser.Delivery was smooth and they set everything up for us just how we wanted it. Would definitely shop here again”
