I would give Matt six stars if I could! Matt helped me close on my first investment property in Lubbock and walked with me every step of the way to ensure we closed on time and successfully. I can’t say enough about his knowledge of the industry,attention to detail, and genuine heart to teach and equip me as a newer investor. I can’t recommend him highly enough, and I’ll certainly be calling him for my next investment property. Thanks for everything Matt!

Matt helped us from start to finish when buying our first home. He was professional and attentive throughout the entire process and always left us feeling like he had our best interests in mind while still respecting the selling parties. Matt has gone above and beyond. I am an out of state investor and Matt never made me feel like a burden even with all the "extras" I asked of him. Original financing even fell through at last minute and Matt had plenty of referrals to keep the deal alive. Already looking forward to doing more transactions with him.
