We were very satisfied with our purchase from Mathis. The sales manager, Jeanie, was incredibly helpful. She answered all of our questions and took the time to demonstrate how to use the various functions on our new Tempur-Pedic bed. We were so grateful for her patience and awesome salesmanship!

Very upset with customer service. Early last week spoke with manager about a incident that occurred between a sales lady named Cynthia and my husband. She explained would speak to the supervisor. Friday decided to call customer service to make sure was reported. Customer service supervisor explained could not make a complaint due to not having previous purchase. This is unacceptable. The sales lady was flirting with my husband and explained she was going to be gone a week for her implant surgery. She told my husband to come back in when she returns and see the work down. Not to mention was another older couple purchasing she told also. Husband was shopping for the up coming Memorial Day sale. Feel I need to leave a Google review to have my voice heard. Since you're unable to leave a complaint through customer service, bet my first complaint was not reported. We was referred from friends and family to purchase from Mathis. Still in disbelief the customer service manager I spoke too. Have to be a returning customer to place a complaint! Really? We was still going to purchase from Mathis till him. Truly shocked.

Top Notch Service! Top Notch Delivery! We have done alot of business with Mathis over the last few months! Jeannie is amazing at what she does! Very helpful and resourceful! Ordering furniture from her has never been easier! She can do it all!Delivery!!!! Ask for Whinford and Bryson! These 2 guys are very reliable and communicate well and do what they say they are going to do! Friendly, fast, and efficient!
