This pharmacy is terrible at time management. Every time the doctors send a prescription over we call to make sure they have received it and let them know that we are coming for it. They say give them 30-60 minutes and it will be ready. So normally the wife goes home with the sick kid and I pick up after work which is usually several hours later and it is never ready. Always have to wait and if we don’t call before hand they never fill it. And don’t get me started on them getting the prices correct through insurance. This will be the last prescription they fill for my family.

The pharmacy is nothing special... basic service to get a prescription filled. Yeah... they may offer delivery, but that's a mixed bag. I'd like the pharmacy better if they would upgrade their website to accommodate ordering a prescription refill online. Sadly, you either have to go in person, or waste time listening to all the disclaimers and useless information before leaving your prescription number for a refill.

This pharmacy is the worst. The past several times theres always an issue either by them not having it ready by when they say it will be or when it is supposed to be delivered by their third-party companies and doesn’t get delivered. Last night we were supposed to have a medication delivered for my son and they said they delivered it to some name that I don’t even know and now they expect me to pay out-of-pocket for this medication because whoever this person is that got it signed for it that’s not my fault I don’t know the person I am so done with this store. I will not ever shop at another united store or it’s affiliations. Then when you ask for a manager, there’s not one ever. I am done with them.

I have been shopping at this store for many years and the last couple times I've gone in to the deli area to order prepared food, everyone person working there was rude and or just plain grumpy. I always try to be very kind and make sure to ask how they are doing today, but the last couple times ( three different employees) were almost angry that I was even trying to speak to them. The last time I was the I ordered a Texas Toss salad, they were out of lettuce and the lady handed me a plastic container and told me to go grab some lettuce from the salad bar so she could make the salad.

I called the pharmacy with a complicated request and medication transfer, and Jessica was amazing - patient, helpful, friendly. This is my first experience with MS pharmacy, and I am very satisfied.

I'm a dog lover however I do not believe pets other than service dogs should be allowed in the store. customers trying to shop and the dog sniffing and barking around them!

The staff is reasonably nice, there's a decent selection of food. my only problem is 1. sometimes the sushi is a day or two past the selling date, and 2. the produce quality and selection is horrible. sometimes i'll spot a few fruits rotting. the last time i went i made sure to take a few pictures. The sushi is a real problem, fish should not be sold after it's been sitting for a few days.

It's like any other pharmacy. You go to a doctor for a ingrown toenail infection, they call it in. You wait til they fill it. You stand in line to pick it up as some annoying lady on her phone and pushing a cart runs over your toe. You try to not scream but inside your head is every cuss word anyone has ever thought of.I hate that lady.

I have use of one hand right now. I was shopping chececk out and was at my car when I realized I did not get all my bags. I went back in moments after exiting and my items were taken. I complained but nothing was done for my 8$ , I will never go back unless amends can be made. From now on HEB or Walmart. They have always helped. Unless United wants to step up.

I've tried to be patient with market street grocery pickup but it ain't working. The last three times I've ordered from them wasn't what I expected. The first time I was given some groceries that weren't mine. I had to make another trip to return it and get what I ordered. The second time I wasn't given all of my groceries. I had to go back and pick it up. The third time I noticed after I left that something wasn't right. Five minutes later someone from market street calls and they say they found some more of my groceries. I had to go back once again to retrieve my groceries. I'm sorry but strike three and you're out. Thank you but I pass on using your grocery pickup. It's not worth the aggravation!
