They had my RX for 2 hours and still didn’t have it finished when I needed it here I am on day 3 no prescription still because they are closed. 2 hours is plenty of time to get it filled the day it’s sent. This pharmacy has turned to the one on 19th both terrible!

The pharmacy is down right horrible! Told prescriptions were ready at noon, went at 3:00 and still not ready. I've called in on a Thursday and was told they would be ready by 3:00 that day. I knew that was a lie so went at 4 pm the next day, 25 hours later, and still be an hour? This has happened a half a dozen times. Not sure who manages the pharmacy but they don't have a clue what they are doing. Don't tell me a prescription will be ready at a time and it will be hours or days later that's it's ready. Really, who does this?

I’ve been going here for a long time. Recently, though there has been some issues with the staff miss communicating with patients. I had a prescription that I had to come back 3 difference times for. I finally got it filled. The pharmacist Kristin did eventually reach out to my doctors office herself to get everything clarified. I had to run out of my medication for almost 3 whole days and they were unwilling to give me 2-3 meds in order to compensate for their problems. They said because of the dosage change they were unable to give me a couple pills to get by until my doctors office opened the next day. I’ve been taking this prescription for years now and I’ve taken this med at that specific dose before. Not sure if that’s protocol or if that’s personal preference from the pharmacist to not allow that. Honestly it’s ridiculous and waste of my time. Absolutely unhappy about it and you should really be more on top of peoples prescriptions. If a prescription can’t be filled and i told you earlier that day in person that I would be coming back that day to pick it up at a later time you should have reached out to me before i waited in line 3 different times. I could have called my doctors office and gotten it taken care of myself. The staff was nice about it obviously. But regardless that medicine should have been fronted to me so I wasn’t off my meds for a 3 days. I wouldn't be leaving this review if that was the case. If this ever happens again here I will be finding another pharmacy…. Oh Here now for the 3rd time and they are only giving me 6 because thats all they have. So ill have to return tomorrow for the 4th tome to pick up the rest of my medication. Another reason why they should have fronted me the meds to begin with, and I would’ve only ever had to make two trips. I work in the health care and so i know what could have been done. Dissatisfied/disappointed.

I have never had a better pharmacy experience. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and have made filling my prescriptions a breeze.

This place went downhill so fast after Aaron and Carol left, I get the impression that I could OD and the pharmacist wouldnt care. They never have the price correct and refused alot of my goodrx coupons. good riddance

Almost always a good experience. Rarely, the produce is less than ideal but not often and usually just with melons, from my experience. But if you get anything that's less than what you expect, they'll refund or trade it out. Employees are great. My only complaint would be that they brought a Starbucks in to replace Pete's coffee. But that was some time ago.

Enjoyed the wonderful deli cheese and meat department.They have great liverwurst by the way !Every time I have a question I get help right away.My husband & I sure enjoy the take out or dine in salad bar with the best selection of soups. We also go on Friday night for pizza .Great cinnamon rolls ready to go.I love the baggers who will also take your groceries to car .THANKYOU UNITED !

I'm not sure what is up with the pharmacy at this Market Street, but they only get it right about half the time, so I avoid going there for prescriptions even though I buy groceries there and it's right by my house.They tell me " We don't have anything for (whoever I'm picking up for) often, and after a fair amount of back and forth with whichever doctors office saying "we definitely sent it", the tech or pharmacist will say "oops teehee I just didn't see this before!"I don't understand how that happens and I've never had it happen at Walmart or CVS. I would not go here for something you need to live. You will die.

Very unprofessional and rude pharmacy tech and pharmacist. I called to get a prescription filled to pickup with my other med that was ready. The gentleman said it was busy but could be ready in 45 min or possibly less. I arrived to the drive up window a little early at 35 minutes. The pharmacy tech, Michelle, was incredibly rude and short with me. She told me my other script would not be ready for 30-45minutes. In shock, I said "Oh, I called and added it and the guy said 45 minutes or could be less. It's been 30 minutes. Why another 30-45 minutes?" She ignored my question and told me to come back or wait in the parking lot and she would wave when it's ready. She then rang me up and told me a total. I said, "I'm sorry but why is it another 45 min and can I just ring them up together?" She huffed, "just park over there and I'll wave at you!" She walked off angry and then came back. The manager came to the window as I was telling her she was rude and I didn't appreciate her walking off like that or taking her bad day out on me. Jeremy, the manager/pharmacist, was even worse. He was not apologetic and smiled the whole time as if he found it funny. They both had a chance to apologize for her lack of customer service. However, he chose to make it worse with his lack of leadership or empathy. He could have set an example for her by properly checking into my script time and explaining why they just told me 45 min and it was going to be double the time now. A better answer would have been "I am so sorry we weren't able to get to your script in the time we estimated. Would you mind pulling over to the parking lot and we will get that filled as soon as possible. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. OR tell customer it will be an hour or two hours. Over shooting is better than under shooting. Also, I believed she was mistaken. Simply check into it and answer my question. Don't storm off and get an attitude. Very disappointed in the lack of care or service I received. I will be moving my scripts to another pharmacy.

Just bought this watermelon two days ago. Let it get super cold in fridge. Cut it open. What is wrong with the produce department at Marketstreet?!?!? Going straight to dumpster!!!!
