Guy took my insurance info and all my info only to tell me my stuff wasn’t ready and to come back later. I was in a rush today and I came back a few hours later only for them to tell me it’s not even in stock. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME THIS BEFORE. Way to waste my time.Also their albuterol sulfate inhalers suck. They use the cheapest and worst quality ones.

Twice I have been standing in line and because the time hit nine they told me they were closed and wouldn't help me. Even though I was in line. I'm changing pharmacies.

They have the competence of a dead bird here. I get a text telling me my prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and they tell me they are out of my medication. Great job!

Horrible experience don't waste your time. Waited half a day on my day off to get my prescription. Ridiculous. Don't go there.

This place use to be great. Now they never have staff, wait in line for ages and the pharmacy is the slowest in town.Also idk how many times I had to cart my own groceries. Pretty sad.

My son was discharged after surgery at 530 pm. I came straight to the pharmacy to get his meds so we could get home 2 hrs away, after waiting in line for 30 mins I was told the meds were not ready, when I asked when they would be ready the man told me I can’t give you a time frame. About an hour later I called and asked about the meds, I explained to the lady my situation and she said to give her about 10 mins and the meds would be ready. Well we are an hour later and still waiting while my 9 yr old son is suffering awaiting his meds! What is the big deal with this pharmacy. There are many people working back there! I do want to recognize Landon. He took the time to listen and as of this time it seems he may be trying to get this done for us. We will see!!!!!

The drive thru for this pharmacy is so slow. Even gettin off to go inside takes forever. Would not recommend this pharmacy if you can avoid it.

Pharmacy staff is so rude at this store especially when you go at 4am in the morning to ask a question on meds. And they tell you no we don't do that when I was told by another Pharmacy they could help me. This store is horrible. Never enough help United needs to act on this store. No one is nice at this store not even the store manager. Rude rude rude

I have had a few refill issues recently, the pharmacy not receiving the approvals from my doc. The nurse would say we sent the pharmacy said we didn't receive it. This was more than one occasion. This week I called 30min after my clinic appt to check to make sure they received my prescription they said "we just received it 10 min ago." My husband went by 2hrs later they told him the same thing he told them "you just told my wife that 1hr or so ago" I called again 1hr 30mins later I was told "oh we haven't received anything for you today. I was like I was told twice "it was received 10mins ago!" Why was I told that if now you are telling me you don't have anything for me!! Very upsetting now I don't have the meds I need bc the office is closed waiting around for the pharmacy. The service was disappointing and careless.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I always see everyone working hard and it looks like they're busy but things are ready when they say they will be. I love the auto- refill option so I just have to pick it up. You get texts when it's ready!

This market street ranks lowest on my list of favorites. The restroom resembles that of an old gas station, with persistent issues like urine on the floor and an overpowering smell. Having visited all United Supermarkets and MarketStreets, I can confidently say that these bathrooms are the least satisfactory. Urgent attention is needed to address and improve this situation.
