Staff are awful, the clothing is ok, but after shopping twice I will never coming back here again, because they have the worst customer service, the staff totally don’t care about customer, the just chatting there from I walking in till I was left. And they acting very snobby, a Mexican guy wearing suit said ‘nothing fit’? Pointing at me I did not buy anything just left, actually I bought something, overall I will never back! Good clothes, but worst employees!

The clothing quality and style decline so quickly in this location which is sad. Also the customer service is awful, will never coming back again at this trash place, the owner needs be aware what kind of people working there, not only for the wage, but have the passion to serving customers. The selling girl from I walking in place a sad face till I am leaving, it seems all staff in here just chatting each other, did not care any about customers and business.

Trip was wonderful help as I shopped for my husband. He was inquisitive, respectful, and interesting to talk to. The entire staff was engaging and friendly as well. Of course the merchandise is beautiful and real. You will not find plastic clothes here. When it comes to clothes, you really do get what you pay for.

Their customer service was above and beyond in store!The first salesman was very attentive and tried his best to help us find what we were looking for. Unfortunately, what we wanted was not in store, but they were willing to work with us to find the best solution.We were handed to a manager to finish the sale, but we didn't end up purchasing anything that day. There was a suit that we really liked, but we wanted to see about getting some customizations done to it. He said that he would need to call them to see what our options are.However, it has been a few weeks and we've yet to receive a follow up. That is why I put four instead of five stars. The customer service lacked after leaving.The suits are very well made and we would recommend coming here if you're looking for a special occasion suit.We'll definitely keep them on our radar since they offer some amazing Italian suits!

I writing to let you know what outstanding customer service your store provided to my daughter, Lauren during her first couple of weeks in Lubbock. Lauren is a Freshman and needed a pair of sandals for sorority rush. We walked into Malouf's and Lauren found a pair of Tory Burch sandals. She was overjoyed with the choice. During the first day of rush, she noticed that the center part of the sandal ripped. She was extremely disappointed. She went back to Malouf's on August 26, 2021 to ask if anything could be done. Much to her surprise, the salesclerk told her no problem. We will be glad to replace the Sandals. As an owner of a company, I can attest that we always strive to provide the best customer service. It is refreshing to see that this trait is alive and well with Malouf's. Sincerely, Guy

Justin was great. Always helped my boyfriend out with finding outfits. Boyfriend took me there one day, and one of the ladies had the audacity to hit on my boyfriend right in front of me. I found that to be tacky and tasteless. Tall sandy blonde, can't remember her name. Honestly I expect someone who works at Wal-Mart to act like that, not Maloufs. Good thing we only lived in Lubbock for a year. Didn't have to deal with that much longer.

This was, by far, my most memorable and enjoyable suit buying experiences of my life. I was helped by Scott himself, and he knew me, my size and my style better than I did. He was classy, yet personable. He was professional, but kind. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in the time I needed it. Then, to top off the entire experience, he gave me a gift that I'll never forget. It's small moments in life that bring a level happiness and enjoyment that spread through our years. I had one of those moments while buying suits from Scott and his team at Drest. I live in Missouri, and will make special trips to Lubbock just to buy suits from Scott and his team. What a joy they are.
