Very rude they kept pushing me off to other manicurist each time a more “fair skinned “ patron walked in. Do not waist money here.

I had to post this review after seeing how low their rating is. I started coming to this nail salon, Serenity Nails & Spa, about a year ago and it's my favorite. The technicians are great and I'm not treated differently if I choose basic services or deluxe. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, the technicians are friendly and great at their jobs, and the prices are reasonable. I always walk-in and get assigned to an available technician. Everyone has been great. I have never had to wait for a technician and I have never seen anyone have to wait for a technician as the salon is quite large and fully staffed. I get dipped powder nails and pedicures here. I question whether the older reviews are even for the correct salon because I don't think this place has been around that long. Either way, this IS a great nail salon. They do great work and take care of my natural nails so much that i haven't used tips in a year, and they always have to cut my nails down because they get too long. I tell all of my friends to go here and they've all had great experiences too. The review about drug use and nudie magazines is just ridiculous. This salon isn't even close to matching the reviews like that. Anyhow, I highly recommend this salon and their overall ratings should be 4-5 stars for sure.

I usually don't take the time to review a business. I have plenty of other things on my to do list to bother with it. If I do the service was either spectacular or absolutely horrible. Here's why I give this salon 1 star: 1) took 45 minutes for them to get to me- granted they were short staffed. 2) I asked for chrome on one nail and flat plum on the others in shellac- not an overly complicated request. Here's what happen: a) she cut my nails incredibly short, didn't ask how I wanted them shaped and then proceeded to get sassy when I asked her to correct it, b) instead of correcting the shape before applying shellac she did it after because it was “easierâ€- this means that after dumping the bottle of lacquer on my nails she attempted to file them down and left them looking lumpy and thick with air bubbles, c) she didn't know how to do chrome so another technician helped- she didn't completely cover the nail which means instead of looking like chrome it looked more like a unicorn shat glitter poo on my finger, 3) usually you get a nice lotion massage to top it all off- nope! The technician, whom left access shellac on the skin of my fingers, told me I was done and proceeded to take me to the front to pay where she stood over me while I marked her tip, 4) lastly, one week later and the chrome is off my nail and the others are lifting. I ended up going to my normal technician. She was appalled and commented on how horrible the job was without my prompting. Needless to say she did a far better job of giving my what I want. Being from Colorado, I will no longer get my nails done when I'm home visiting. Save yourself the money and irritation... go somewhere else. Getting mani and pedis are supposed to be relaxing- not stress you out and make you irritable.

$35 for a gel manicure. Hasn't been a week yet, but they're already chipping. The lady was nice, but she did a poor job: gave me two cuts while doing my cuticles. They also kept staring at me while I signed the receipt. Whatever the reason, it wasn't professional or welcoming.

Don't expect great service if you aren't getting the high dollar pedi. I purchased one of the more expensive ones which was actually just mediocre but my mother and niece purchased the basic pedicure and were done in 20 minutes. Their techs were not extra friendly at all either. You shouldn't have to spend $60 to get treated nicely. Do a good job regardless. Your tip may depend on it.

I've never had a bad experience here. I've been a customer for years ( over 3 years to be exact). Tony is the guy I go to, if he's not available to do my nails, I don't get them done lol. He always does exactly what I want, he's the best!!!

Was really good service got the basic mani pedi and was 66 with tip. But was worth it. They seated me almost instantly staff was super friendly and relaxing. Got the shellac manicure and the girls who worked on my nails and toes were super friendly I will for sure be going back it was the same price as a previous one I went to and the service there was nowhere near how it is here will for sure go back without a second thought.

This was the most horrible pedicure experience ever! When I said I wanted the basic the whole experience went down hill. The lady was ripping my cuticles off, it was so painful. The whole pedicure didn't even last 15 minutes. Polish was all over my skin and missing from half of my toes. They didn't use a bottom coat and they rushed me out the door with the polish still wet. My polish was smeared off before I left and they didn't care. I was hoping for a relaxing experience and this couldn't have been further from it. She massaged each leg for about 30 seconds which is ridiculous. I will never go back here and suggest you save your time and money!

I got the basic Manicure and Pedicure I could get, shellac, and french tip and it was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. I have never paid that much with getting gel manicure and pedicure with some foot rubbing and scrub. The lady was hateful toward me and stabbed my fingers a couple times and my toes. I started to bleed in some spots. I will never go there again, ever. I will never let any of my friends or family go there, ever. They will receive no business of mine ever again.

I had a few people try to push the deluxe pedicure on me, i kept saying " No i don't want that. I want the standard. " After the 4th time they finally got the picture. An old lady did my pedicure, and she looked really mad the whole time. She did it very half a**ed, and i was not happy with there service. On a good note the place like really nice, and i was attended to very quickly.
