The facility does not seem concerned with the progress of your treatment or your personal time. No progress has been made, my first visit was not thorough, additional testing was required. Scheduling is easy, but the purpose of the visit is not shared so additional visits are required. I come in from out of state, the lack of consideration is concerning and if the next visit is not progressive I will be requesting a new referral. Patients should be reminded the doctor and facility used is a choice not a privilege.

Had 2 appointments on 2 different days and waited 1.5hrs on first visit and left an hour in without seeing Dr on second visit. This is a real problem. My time is no less important. Do me the courtesy and call me to reschedule or at minimum give me the heads up that you're running behind. I am understanding of getting behind but not understanding of not being respectful of my time.

I have had nothing but pleasant visits & exchanges with Lubbock Sports Medicine. They are accommodating in every way. Dr. Shepherd is professional, never seems rushed(although I know he is so busy), always answers any questions & explains well. They give me plenty of reminders of appts.which I need.

Have been seeing Dr. Crawford for several years and when not seeing Dr. Crawford, his two PA’s (Manny, who moved and Stan, have been very professional and helpful! The lady up front is very friendly and efficient. Josh, who coordinates appointments and takes care of questions or concerns is very knowledgeable and accommodating! Dr. Crawford is a fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable, skilled and has a great personality. I highly recommend Lubbock Sports Medicine!

Everyone was friendly, Dr Simpson was amazing he took the time to explain everything to me. He really cares about his patient's and doesn't judge you about your size. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Staff is very friendly Dr Flores is very attentive and caring,however my appointment was 1:45 and didn’t get seen till one hr thirty minutes of waiting, could improve.

My 14 year old son tore his labrum in a wrestling tournament so we were sent to Dr. Flores. They were able to get us in the day after I called and got us in for an MRI the next day too, so I was super impressed with the timing of everything. All of Dr. Flores’ staff is amazing too. We worked mostly with Jessica & Ashton and they were both wonderful explaining and answering any questions we had. We were able to get my son playing football again 4 months after his surgery and he was fully released a little before month 5. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Lubbock sports medicine always takes great care of me. The staff is very professional, thorough and kind. I really trust and like my doctor, Dr Shephard, and will be having my third joint replacement performed by him soon. I can honestly say you are in great hands with Dr. Shephard, his PA-C, Holly Short, and the fantastic nursing and office staff. 5 thumbs up from me??????????

Dr. Shephard and his staff have been so helpful to me. They are organized and knowledgeable and I have had good results on both of my surgeries. I highly recommend them!

A great staff from the receptionist, nurses, to the doctor. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Campbell was great as well. He was thorough, honest, and forthcoming. He explained what was going on with my knee and took me step by step on what procedures needed to be done. He saw me several times during my recovery to make sure healing was going correctly. Dr. Campbell is the best!

My recent appointment with Dr. Jordan Simpson was helpful and reassuring. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable with great communication skills about all my possible treatment options. He was both kind and professional. The entire staff was cordial and efficient. I highly recommend this medical practice.

I love this place. The people are all so nice and helpful. I have had one knee surgery and am soon to have the other one and I feel that God led me to the perfect place. Dr. Shepherd and all of his staff are wonderful.

From where you check in to Dr king nurse so sorry forgot her name she is so knowledgeable of the medications explaining them to me side effects and everything else answered every question I had a nice and a person I feel comfortable talking to about my situation and now talk about Dr King one of the best doctors that's ever treated me on my both knees I'm so sad to hear that he is retiring Lubbock sports medicine makes you feel like you are important and they care about their patience not just what do you need today okay here here's this and I'll see you later no they take the time to hear you and work on a plan to get you better I do highly recommend Lubbock sports medicine to all my family friends and everybody that reads this post you will not be sorry once you get help from these doctors now I will be seeing Dr Simpson I believe that's his name I heard he's one of the best doctors there too look for to working with him now and Dr King thank you for everything and enjoy your retirement sir thank you

I ve had some bad experiences lately trying get my knees checked out. I was extremely happy with everyone here from first person I met to the last. I got injections in my knees that are helping so much. Feel like they want to help and not making me wait come back later for injections they understand i was hurting and i will go back they are awesome

During our last and only snow, here in Lubbock, while I was running to dodge a snowball, I fell and had a slight fracture to my arm. Lubbock Sports Medicine treated me so well and efficiently. All of the staff were so congenial and informative, having met all of my needs! They are the best!
