Monday we went to get a simple refrigerator, they were so kind & respectful and answered all of our questions we ended up getting two top of the line refrigerators, I do recommend Lubbock Appliance & for your appliances needs or repairs, definitely 5 star? service take a look .?

I want to thank Lubbock Appliance for supplying us with large cardboard boxes we will use to create an activity for our children's halloween event. They were so nice and I will go back there for all my appliance needs in the future! Thank you!

Although I didn't buy an appliance at Lubbock Appliance, I will definitely be making my next purchase with them. My team at work was working on a project for a community event and were in need of very large boxes. I thought I was going to have to go all over town asking for boxes, but my first stop was Lubbock Appliance.
As soon as I told them what we were working on, they immediately offered as many large appliance boxes as we needed! The manager told me they hold on to those types of items because he knows from experience how community members may need them for vacation bible school, school projects, and the like. The guys at the shop let me wait with them while I arranged a truck to come pick them up. And when the truck arrived, they even helped us load the vehicle.
The guys at Lubbock Appliance are helpful and supportive members of our community! I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I will absolutely be using Lubbock Appliance Repair if I ever need appliance repair in the future! Their service was fast, friendly, and professional, and they got my dryer working when no one else could. I was also impressed that they cleaned up any little bit of mess from the repair and left the area spotless. 10/10
