1st time customer and won't be the last. If you buy a gun locally, buy it at LSG tactical! If you buy one online make sure you transfer to LSG. Good customer service and very knowledgeable.

DISHONEST AND POOR TIME MANAGEMENT!!! Would highly recommend you go anywhere else. Dropped off parts almost a month ago to have an upper receiver put together. Gunsmith told me by the end of the next week it should be done. End of the next week rolls around don’t hear anything so I call he went on vacation for 10 days no big deal. He got the barrel and upper put together but with the flash suppressor it wasn’t a full 16” so we get a new one that meets the length he calls me and asks if I want to come look at it so I leave work early ride up there and give the ok. The next day he calls me and says it’s been pinned and welded just waiting on the hand guard so another week passes so I go up there to get my upper under the impression that it’s only waiting on a hand guard so I go up to get it and pay for the work when he tells me oh well I haven’t gotten around to the pin and weld. Almost a week passed since he called and told me that it WAS done and waiting on a hand guard. 10/10 don’t recommend .

I had a great experience at LSG Tactical Arms.
I was greeted by a friendly staff the moment I came in, they asked if I was looking for anything particular. They had one very collectible rifle I had been looking for and the price was fair.
Steve (the owner) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. While I was busy filling out my 4473 I noticed he was also very helpful to the other customers in the store.
I highly recommend this store, you definitely will get better customer service here than you will from any big brand name chain retail store.
Definitely a 5 star experience.

I have been trading with LSG Tactical Arms for years.
Steve. Doug, Brad, and Scott are great to work with.
LSG has very good stock to choose from, and they are very fair on their prices.
Steve is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge on just about everything weapon related.
You can't go wrong.
