If you want to escape reality and come out looking fabulous without all the fuss and chaos of larger salons, then treat yourself to this quaint salon. Not only that, but these gents have a unique and eccentric style and Abel genuinely helped inspire my gorgeous cut and color for my son's wedding! Thank you Lords and Lady's Salon and Boutique for being a great dive. I found a new place for my hair to call home!

I've been here twice now and am so glad I stumbled upon this gem. The atmosphere is great! Walter has done my hair both times and I couldn't have asked for better! Definitely recommend.

This must be the worst service I have ever received at a salon for my hair in my entire life. And I don't usually review this way.I have never had any trouble getting hair done for a simple touch up on my color. Nothing fancy whatsoever.I am very sad to say that Walter, with his decades of experience, somehow ruined my hair. He tried his best to make it fun, however did not do the job properly. As a result, I was left with RIDICULOUSLY BAD bleach stains all over my head. Some of them I can't even cover up.Before I left, I told him it was too yellow. He said ok we will wash it again. Then a second time, I finally had to leave, and it was yellow still. THEN. Before leaving I ran through my hair, and noticed these God awful bands of bleach. Picture attached.Maybe he was too busy talking to do the job correctly. His reply? "You'll never notice them with your hair the way it is." Oh boy, I've asked everyone and they're noticeable. He tried to hide the mistake. Told me that "he's not the colorist" Ok, so you could've been honest instead of doing the job to take my money that day???I came back the next day because they were willing to fit me in, Abel took care of me and did his best to cover the mistakes. Unfortunately, they still aren't taken care of because I have asked for thoughts on the job. I am giving a star just because of Abel's effort, knowledge, and flexibility.Walter even made comments to me about how he "likes my money". So many things wrong with how unprofessional this service was.I am now caught in a cycle of DESTROYING my hair to repair the mess that was made, when all I needed was a simple touch up. Hair is not so easily fixed after mistakes like this and I am so disappointed that I was charged $120 for this experience.I am not returning a third time. I can't trust that my hair will be cared for in the slightest. In fact I have to pay someone else to repair this carelessness.Service: Hairstyling

I got my hair done and I LOVED IT! He did such a good job and I had the best time ever. He gave me his honest opinions about my hair and what would actually look best on me. He took his time to explain the color and the undertones and showed me so I could get a better understanding of what I wanted. My hair has never felt better, it looks so good and feels so healthy. I love both of them, they are so great and kind. 10/10 recommend trying them out!

I just made a visit here after living in Lubbock two months and I loved it. I was so nervous trying someone new in a new city but Abel and Walter were both very gracious and welcoming. Just got another haircut today by Olivia and it was amazing! Olivia is fantastic! Super friendly and always does a great job no matter what I want! This place is really chill and all the people are extremely nice! It's definitely the place to go for all your hair needs ??
