One of the worst clinics I have ever been to, and I will never go back again. The staff treats you like a number and not a person, and they are extremely rude. No class at all... be careful if you go there!!!! Not very professional at all.

I have had covid for 9 days now and literally needed some extra immunity and energy! Jerid was so personable and got to me sooner than our appointment!! So thankful for this service. I definently recommend Lonestar and Jerid!

Referred a friend because Ive only heard good things. She was treated poorly and told that she should know medical practices when it comes to fasting and getting labs. She had to return the next day for labs was charged another co pay. The receptionist and Christy Lee were extremely rude. I wont refer anyone else to this business

I have to share that I absolutely love the fact that Christy Lee & her team @ LoneStar Mobile Med have their patient’s best interest at heart!! They are up front about charges, explain options for private pay or insurance (thank goodness they’ve done the research for their clients), offer services that I NEED (not trying to make an “extra” sale), & are genuinely kind.

A HUGE shoutout to Lone Star Mobile Med! ❤️I was feeling super dehydrated and under the weather, so I was looking for an IV treatment in Lubbock this evening.I called Lone Star at 6pm, just to see when their next available appointment was and they were able to get me in ASAP for an IV treatment.The service there was unbeatable, their team of sweet ladies was absolutely beyond amazing and their treatments are super affordable! I got the Burn Out Bag with Zofran and Toradol, along with a B12 shot.I was in and out in about 45 minutes after my IV started. I will definitely be a returning customer. ❤️ Thank you Lone Star!
