I scheduled an appointment once we knew our wedding date and I was easily able to schedule online.Kailey was the associate that helped me find my dress. We were greeted at the door and Kailey was very thorough explaining how the entire process was going to work. I was able to have five of my family members with me and we had our own space when I tried dresses on. Kailey was spot on with what I wanted to try and even pulled a dress that I wouldn’t have normally chosen but ended up choosing as my dress. She also did a great job clipping the dresses to where I could really see what the dress would look like in my size. I really loved how we went to the front of the boutique with the natural lighting, mirror, and pedestal once I decided on THE dress. They even had a couple of fun photo opportunities at the end!

These girls are the best! I was so indecisive about my wedding dress and Clancy and Katie made it their goal for me to leave with a dress that I loved!!! I am very happy with my dress and so excited to see my wedding coming together!

I had such an amazing experience here! I went alone to search for a dress but I definitely didn’t feel like I was alone in the process. Ashlynn was amazing at listening to what I was looking for and giving her opinion on how each dress looked on me. I ended up choosing one of her recommended dresses and it fit so wonderfully! It was also an off the rack option so I was able to take it home the same day. All the other ladies were so nice and hyping me up also ? thank you ladies for making this day feel special when I wasn’t able to have friends or family with me. I highly recommend this please, it’s very big also with so many options!

So let me just say, when my day started I did not anticipate it being a success.. 2 DRESSES IN! These beautiful ladies were so helpful, welcoming and just so informative as well! They heard my wants and requirements in The Dress, and they went above and beyond to show it to me. They did not, even for a moment, make me feel pressured to make a decision either way, and they were very reassuring about my being unsure. We went to another shop after this and I just couldn't help but keep comparing every dress to that one! Needless to say we went back and bought The Dress! And when I say these ladies showed all the excitement with my "entourage", I mean it! I will highly recommend any future brides I know to come here, even if it is a little bit of a road trip!

If you're interested in buying your dream dress in the west Texas area, Lillie's is the only option. I went to four separate boutiques and even bought a dress at a separate boutique, but after second thoughts on it returned to Lillie's because my experience there was so much better. Clancy made me feel like the only bride in the world and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase a dress, and when I made my final decision I had no doubts because I felt like the decision was my own. I highly recommend visiting Lillie's if you want your dress buying experience to be memorable and cherished!

Happened to be in the area and Lillie’s Bridal was recommended to me. Made online same day appointment and was greeted by Sky- my stylist for the day. The boutique itself is gorgeous, clean, and super friendly atmosphere. After a brief summary of wedding plans, style, and getting to know one another I began to browse. I loved their method to give brides colored clips to attach to dresses that caught my eye. I was able to look through their selection solo and not pressured. After a run though we began to try on my selections.SKY WAS INCREDIBLE!! I’ve been to 3 dress shops prior and today was by far superior! She understood my vision and suggested/brainstormed with me perfect sleeve, jewelry, and shoe options. I found my dream dress today! Not to mention she helped capture photos at all the best angles for me to share with my loved ones unable to attend. Professional, intuitive, and fun! Highly recommend to anyone in the Lubbock area to make a bridal appointment at Lillie’s Bridal. GOLD STAR!

This was the best dress shopping experience I had!! Clancy helped me during my visit and she was phenomenal!! Every single associate at the store was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond for me. I had bad experiences at bridal boutiques in Dallas and Lillie’s by far exceeded all expectations. They made it such a special and personalized experience for me. I would recommend this boutique to every bride!!

Came dress shopping with my cousin for her wedding. We had the most wonderful experience and consultant. Sky really knew what she was doing && knew what she was talking about. My cousin is usually very shy but you could tell that Sky made her feel comfortable throughout this process. She was patient && was able to make my cousin’s dreams come true when it came to finding her perfect dress for her big day. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE. will definitely remember this bridal boutique when it’s my turn to get married so i can find my dream dress here too!

Honestly the most beautiful boutique with the most caring bridal consultants and owner! I had always dreamed of finding my dress at Lillies and last weekend that became a reality! I’m so thankful for my consultant, Ashlynn, who helped me every step of the way. If you are a bride looking for your dream dress, there isn’t a reason to go anywhere else. I LOVED every minute of my experience at Lillie’s and I will definitely be referring all my friends here!!
