New ownership is messed on taking in merchandise! It takes way too long to take clothes there. Called and said call in October to make an appointment for November. When a person cleans out their closets, that is the purpose of getting them out of the house. Previous owners took them right in to help the customers.I heard lots of other people say the same thing!

Sold clothes on consignment and never heard from them. I know they sold…they’re scammy to sell to. Maybe good to buy from though.

Used clothing that is priced at new prices! I was shocked to see that shirts were marked at $23.99 from places like Maurices, TJMaxx, Old Navy etc. I highly doubt the original price tags on some of them were that much.I was disappointed at the lower quality brands they accept. Upscale to me is brands like Trina Turk, Tori Burch etc. I saw very minimal of these brands.

I met the new owner Peggy who is such a doll. She explained to me the sale signs and how to navigate the store. Went home with 3 items that fit me perfectly for less than $40! And the fitting rooms are open so you don't have to bug someone to open it for you. 10/10 great shopping experience!!! We love sustainable shopping!

I went in looking for work pants. Found some cute Banana Republic black pants, just what I was looking for, and to top it off, all tags were still on the pants...Brand New! Price was $12.99, perfect. Walked around look for something else, lots and lots of beautiful well cared for used clothing, and name brands, if that's important to you. Didn't see anything I needed, went to checkout and the Sale price $3.25!!! I'll definitely go back, pretty shop.

The PRIMARY reason I don't shop here often is the glare from the full-length windows along the entire storefront. Once a year a come here and then remember why I seldom shop here. Today, at 5:40 pm, I asked the salesclerk for the time (only brought bank card and keys inside), knowing they close at 6. She gave me the time following quickly with "I'm closing up at 6." When she turned the music off at 5:50, I took the hint. 45 minutes I'll never get back....
